We had a rest in the middle of December 2025. The hotel is excellent, beautiful, modern. All the staff were friendly and courteous! Delicious breakfasts and dinners. The breakfasts were buffet style, and you could also order egg dishes separately. I really liked the fruit assortment, including pineapple, pitahaya, melon, and a fruit blend. There was plenty of everything. There were no queues. The dinners were a la carte, salad, hot dishes and dessert. The rooms were cleaned every day. They gave me a bag with towels for the beach. It took 15 minutes to walk to the beach. We settled in a little earlier. The room had a gorgeous big, soft bed. They also put water in the room every day. The number of residents is good, there have been no incidents. The pool is small and the depth is increasing. I also liked the gym, modern exercise equipment. Everything was clean. There was water and towels in the hall itself. There were Russian speakers among the staff. There is not enough sound insulation in the room, but there were no problems, the neighbors did not make noise. The view from the room was of the city. There was no noise from the roads.

Pros: for the emirate, it's food, the breakfasts are hearty, they bring something all the time, they bake themselves, we tied up dinner additionally, it's also delicious and, again, it's varied for the emirate (we don't compare it with Turkey). We were given a room on the 18th floor, with a view of the city, we wanted to go to the marina, but it took an additional fee of 200 dirhams a day, we added up the days of our stay, we got a significant amount, we decided to stay in our room, taking into account the fact that we are constantly on excursions during the day and do not visit the hotel. Breakfasts are from 7-11, dinners are also from 19-23.00. Great location, the adjacent Marina Mall building, where there is everything, on the other side of the hotel is the Carifor. Unlike DBR, the prices for everything are more interesting, on the other hand, you can also walk there, as well as to the Bluewaters Ferris wheel- about 20 minutes on foot.

A lovely and very beautiful hotel located in the Marina's walking area. I recommend taking a high floor with a view of the Marina. (Although from the city side, there is a good view). There is a small pool on the 4th floor, there are several sun beds. There is a Russian-speaking receptionist at the reception, Anastasia, who is very polite. But Sarina left an indelible impression with her charming smile and willingness to always come to the rescue! Very friendly, friendly and indefatigable Zarinochka!The breakfasts are delicious, varied, European, and it's nice to have breakfast on the outdoor terrace overlooking the yachts and the canal. Great place! Next to Dubai Marina Mall, the very center. There are restaurants nearby and a great view. 5-star hotel service . The room had a view of the Marina, the view was great. The higher the floor, the better! It should be noted that they waited 1.5 hours for check-in, and only after 15:00 were they able to enter the room.

Lovely hotel, excellent location, 11 km from the Persian Gulf, rested in September 2025, excellent staff. Special thanks to Zarina, who knows Russian, a lovely girl. The breakfasts are excellent, the rooms are clean, the cleaning is done every day. After the eviction, you can leave your belongings for storage for free. The only negative thing is, when we were evicted, they promised us that we could take a shower after the tour, but they didn't warn us that the shower was only until 21.00.

Excellent location in the center of Marina, 10 minutes walk to metro (DMCC station) and tram, 15 minutes walk to the beach, 2 minutes to Marina Mall, Carrefour supermarket. The hotel itself is clean, has everything you need, beautiful views from the window. Large safe, free tea/coffee, water, paid minibar. Good sound insulation. What pleased me was that they were allowed not to leave a deposit upon check-in. I liked the food - it's not very diverse, but everything is tasty and healthy enough. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a swimming pool, it is small (about 15 meters) and shallow (from 0.9 to 1.5 meters), but there are usually few people there, you can relax. Of the small disadvantages, except that the peculiar and rather heavy bathroom door.

Excellent location, sea 15 minutes., mall 1 minute. We took a room with a view of the canal - fantastic! In the morning, white yachts on turquoise water, in the evening, everything is the same in the lights - a rest for the eyes! I stayed at this hotel in Dubai and it was just a great experience! The hotel is located next to the Dubai Marina Mall, and the view from the window is simply gorgeous – mesmerizing! We also checked into a room with a view of the marina (more expensive) as a gift, although it was booked with a view of the city (the difference between the rooms is 100 CU). The hotel is wonderful for its 5 stars! The location is just not better to find! There is a metro station and a tram stop nearby. The beach is across the bridge, literally 10 minutes away. The shopping center generally takes 2 minutes to walk along the boardwalk, and there are shops and restaurants. Another 2 minutes in the other direction and another supermarket, we liked it more, the prices are cheaper. The breakfast is varied European and for every taste, it seems I didn't even have time to try everything in 6 days))) The cleaning is good, but if you throw towels on the floor, they will change, but not like that. I didn't like that before the day of departure, when cleaning the room, neither water bottles were put on, nor tea was reported instead of the used one... I had to go to the reception for water. In principle, all our requests were fulfilled immediately, so there are no complaints! At sea, towels were given in a beautiful beach bag for painting. We always returned them, and I made sure they crossed them off the list. But still, when checking out at the reception, they began to ask about towels and a bag, whether we had returned it for sure, it can be seen that tourists often take a beautiful bag for themselves))) And what was very important for us, the eviction was allowed at 14 o'clock, because we had a late flight...

There is a Russian-speaking girl, I think her name is Zamira. She always helped and posted according to your wishes. Which I didn't really like. Dental and cosmetic kits on request. They won't put it in when cleaning, unless you ask. The windows don't open and that's the problem. Because even with the climate system, they woke up at night because there wasn't enough oxygen.
