A wonderful colorful hotel in the Ottoman style of the last century.. very nice reception. The grand piano, paintings, and antique costumes at the entrance add elegance to the hotel. Turkish breakfasts.. a lot and delicious👍 the waiter serves (very pleasant) Breakfasts with such a beautiful view of the port👍👍 A children's set was offered for my daughter. Balls with milk, cupcake, all kinds of goodies) the child liked it We had a room on the third floor. There is also an interesting view from the window of the Kaleiche elevator. The cleaning is really good every day👍👍 Upon arrival, the compliment was at the Cola Sprite fanta bar And 2 bottles of water every day , the location is convenient. It's a minute away from the elevator.. It's a minute from the port.. tram t1 is 10 minutes away

A great place to relax and unwind, in the very center of the old harbor. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast, no frills, but you won't stay hungry, on the 4th floor overlooking the harbor , beauty. the rooms are tired, the garbage is being taken out, water and tea bags are being replenished. Change of linen and towels on request. All the disadvantages of the room are compensated by the attitude of the staff and the excellent location.

We rested for a week at the end of September. Location: if you want to live in the historical center of Antalya, then this is the place for you. Feel the atmosphere of the old town with its narrow streets leading down to the sea. There are plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops around. Delicious and original breakfasts on the 4th floor with a magnificent view of the bay. We couldn't eat everything we brought. Friendly and helpful staff. There is a kettle, tea and instant coffee in the room. Bring 0.5 liters of water per person per day. There is soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner in the bathroom. In the evenings, you can hear music from nearby restaurants. An expensive paid beach is 5 minutes away. For people in good physical condition, it is possible to swim from the rocks near the pier. The free pebble beach is 10 minutes away by tram. Cleaning is daily, but the floors are dirty for some reason.

We visited Turkey for the first time on the principle of "not everything is included". We decided to take a hotel in the old town of Antalya. Right in the middle of the shopping malls and closer to the Antalya port. After reading the review that this hotel is "a paradise for aesthetes" (well, of course we are aesthetes)))), after looking at the photo, the location, we decided "we need to take it!" and only with breakfast. I'll tell you right away. We were not satisfied with the hotel. First of all, upon arrival, we were put in the worst room 106. There is dust in the room, mold in the corners, cobwebs in every corner of the room. The bed has not been changed with someone's hair. There are no toiletries or paper. The lid and the toilet seat were torn off, the ceiling was stained with different colors, the floor was very old and the feeling of a dirty Floor did not leave. The furniture is old and even the countertop is not uniform in color, and the edges of the mirrors have begun to peel. A New Year's deer standing on a shelf hinted that there had been no cleaning after the New year. So-so "paradise for aesthetes". To be fair, the hotel administrator, who understands Russian well but spoke through a translator, agreed with all the claims and promised to move us to another room the next day closer to lunch. He brought toiletries, a clean bed, and made everything himself. He apologized. He kept his promise. We were moved to a room opposite. Of course, this room already seemed gorgeous after the first one, the furniture was newer, but there were not enough outlets there either. To turn on the kettle, you had to turn off the refrigerator. . And the cleaning lady (an African girl) cleaned very mediocre. I didn't change the towels at the right time, I didn't wipe the dust, I didn't replenish the bar, I didn't bring toilet paper. We had to take everything from the hotel receptionist, who brought everything we asked for without any problems. Apparently knowing that the cleaner always "messes up" like that. The minibar should be filled with water bottles and a couple cans of Cola or sprite upon arrival. It's free. In the future, only water is replenished. There is a large safe that our large laptop could easily fit into. There is a kettle and several tea and coffee bags in the room. Small cups and no napkins. No wildlife was seen. The hotel itself is located in a beautiful building that used to be like a castle or monastery. There is a coffee shop nearby from the hotel itself. The dining room with a beautiful view of Antalya Marina is located on the top floor. For breakfast, they bring a choice of "scrambled eggs with cheese", without cheese, a boiled egg and a tray with all sorts of saucers full of seasonings, cheeses, mini croissants and other items. You won't be hungry. I was happy with it for the first three days, but then I got tired of the monotony. Of course, there is cappuccino coffee, tea, natural juice, water with lemon, please drink. In general, of course, they kindly remembered the food in large hotels, where everything is inclusive and very diverse. We decided to have lunch and dinner in the restaurants and cafes that are on every corner here. But there was no variety of assortment there. These are mainly grilled meat and fish (sea products are obviously more expensive, despite the fact that the sea is very close). We didn't see any soup, borscht (we missed our kitchen), pasta or pilaf. Separately, I must say that the hotel is located at the foot of the mountain in the old town. And upstairs, almost above us, there are many cafes and restaurants overlooking the marina. Club slotting music was played there until 2-3 a.m. It was hard to sleep. Once again, we remembered the big 5-star hotels outside the city (where we had previously vacationed) with their own clubs. There, club gatherings went indoors and were almost inaudible. At about five in the morning, in a nearby mosque from the minaret, the Muezzin calls Muslims to prayer. Calls loudly and beautifully for about 5-10 minutes. You can hear it very well. When I couldn't sleep, I enjoyed listening to the call to Prayer. And it complemented the flavor of the east. But still the Bottom line: I do not recommend this hotel.

My opinion on whether such a high rating is justified or overestimated by the hotel. We arrived at 11:00, breakfast was already over, we promised to check in in an hour. We were greeted kindly and politely. Communication in English. The hotel is located in the center of old Antalya in an old mansion/house. It's beautiful, cozy and authentic. We decided to take a walk while our room was being prepared, left our things and went to explore the surroundings. When we returned an hour and a half later, we were settled again. The room still hasn't been cleaned. As a result, we were settled in 2.5-3 hours. But this check-in was within the check-in hours indicated on the hotel's website. Although the promise to check us in early was not kept, it did not affect our good mood in any way. After checking into the room, we went for a walk again. A few words about the room. The room is small, but it has everything you need for a stay: clean linen, shower, air conditioning. The price tag for 4 days and three nights is around 13,000 rubles. Very, very inexpensive for such a location. And this is the price with breakfast. The service throughout our stay was at a good standard. Especially, the guys who served the waiters at breakfast were well and pleasantly served. And breakfast at this hotel deserves special attention. In the photo you can see its size for one person, in addition to such a large breakfast, unlimited drinks: coffee, tea, lemonades, juice. They treat you to mini croissants every day. I'll give you 10/10 for breakfast. And it would seem that nothing foreshadowed disappointment from the hotel. But! We decided to stay in Antalya for a few more days, but to stay in another hotel for a change (which I will tell you about another time). After checking out of the hotel, when the days of our stay were over, we packed up and went to another hotel. We moved into it, unpacking my things, and I realize that I forgot my electric razor in the bathroom. Just 1 -1.5 hours later, we returned to the Port of Adalia and explained the situation. What we were offered to do tomorrow will be the employee with whom we left. We came the next day, but he just threw up his hands: I don't know anything, and so on. We also went in the evening, but it was also useless. No one returned the razor to me. And this situation has blurred the whole wonderful impression of the hotel. I had an unpleasant feeling that I had been robbed. As a result, when evaluating the hotel, the feelings are contradictory.: The service is 9/10 (1 point reduced for not always clean cleaning, not critical, but noticeable). And if you take into account the story with the razor, then my score is 1/10. Meals 10/10 (satisfying and delicious, varied and interesting in Turkish) The overall impression is 10/10 (if you do not take into account the missing razor). The manager Osman speaks Russian, the guys at the counter are Ahmed (looks like Harry Potter) and the second guy, I forgot my name, very pleasant, responsive, I paid 900 lira for late check-out, the hotel was fully loaded, they returned the money to me and left it free until 15 00. It turned out even better that way: the money was safe and I finally took a walk around Antalya. The hotel is very pleasant, as in the book "The Songbird Kinglet" or in the Turkish TV series. I had a room with a view of the courtyard and a piece of the sea. The hotel is generally quiet, but in the evening I heard music from the restaurants of the old port. Not critical for me. I take off the star for cleaning, because there were some sticky stripes on the floor to the right of the bed, and they were not cleaned all the time. Furniture, plumbing - everything was fine. I liked the breakfasts. Delicious and varied. The breakfast staff is good, speaks English. Breakfasts are held in a charming (I won't say otherwise) hall, overlooking the old port. Location in the streets of the old town, close to the elevator. I can recommend this hotel and would love to come back here again.
