Disappointing Experience!!!! – Poor Service and Unwelcoming Atmosphere As a foreign visitor, I was truly disappointed by my experience at this restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the hostess at the reception was extremely rude and made no effort to greet or welcome us. It felt as though our presence was an inconvenience rather than a valued visit. My phone battery was dying, and I tried to rent a power bank from the Yandex deck. Unfortunately, as someone unfamiliar with the system, I asked for help—but received none. Instead, the staff moved me around abruptly and rudely, as the charging station was located near an area they frequently accessed. Their lack of patience and courtesy was frustrating. We ordered a chai tea and a coffee, hoping to salvage the experience, but both drinks were disappointing in taste and quality. Overall, the service was poor from start to finish. As a tourist, I felt unwelcome and disheartened by how I was treated. It left a negative impression and I sincerely hope the management reads this review and takes steps to improve the customer experience. I also submitted my feedback through the payment questionnaire, If you are a tourist don't waste your time and money here.

Totally recommended! One of best places in Tashkent. I guess that is our favorite one. It is worth visiting, especially at 6:30 pm, when it is the time for fountain’s show.

The food is great, the service is excellent... Well, as it turns out I don't know who writes reviews mentioning the waiters' names, as if they were their best friends. I feel like they're either making stars for themselves from their left accounts, or they've created a fan club. But okay, not about that. In fact, the kitchen is excellent. Salads, sandwiches — everything is on the same level. The bread is fresh, the meat is of high quality. To find such a combination of taste and reasonable prices in the city center is almost a miracle. Especially when half of the establishments think that avocado on bread is already a reason to charge for it as for a concert ticket. The atmosphere is cozy. Sometimes, however, the harsh smell of fountain water penetrates, as if mermaids wash their socks in it. But this is no longer a claim against them. The only negative is the speed of service. Here you need to be patient, because while you wait, you can take a mini-course in meditation. That's a minus one star. In general, it's worth a visit, especially for the sake of food. Just don't expect to be recognized by your name there... unless you're the admin of their reviews yourself.

Excellent restaurant with a view of the fountain and the park. The menu is quite large and tasty. Friendly waiters (Nariman knows Russian perfectly well) and receptionists. Prices are at the level of Moscow and St. Petersburg, but the service is not included in the bill (and usually restaurants in Tashkent sin against this). The service speed is fine, the attitude is very pleasant and friendly.

An ideal place to relax with the whole family or with friends. I came with friends to have breakfast together. We wanted to sit on the return but it was hot. Because of this, we sat inside the restaurant. We liked the dishes of this restaurant very much. The best of the breakfasts is Turkish menemen. It's like I've been to Turkey again. With a mess of tea, it's so delicious and exquisite. I really I really liked it, and I advise you to come to this place too.
