I will tell you in detail about all the tin that we encountered in this hotel during our not-so-very long stay there.
The first two days at the hotel went well, we were quickly checked in (we arrived at the hotel around 5 pm), we are not picky and my friend and I were satisfied at first glance: the hotel itself and its territory, food, sea, etc. The rest could have continued and ended without problems, but, unfortunately, everything turned into a scandal, nerves and an unpleasant aftertaste, for our considerable money we were robbed, blackmailed and scolded like little girls by everyone who is not lazy in this hotel.
My friend and I had little cash in dollars for two, only a hundred bucks, my friend, as it turned out, still had 25 thousand rubles in cash. The money and valuables were in the room (in the passport and in the cartholder in the handbag), it did not even occur to us to put them in the safe (which, yes, is probably our joint, but it absolutely does not justify theft in the hotel). On the third day, we decided to go to the store and found that our personal belongings were touched by the hotel staff - 60 dollars and 15 thousand rubles were missing (we think that every day they took one banknote of currency and rubles from us and looked at it, note / no - it's good that on the third day we decided to buy something, otherwise they would have been left without money at all). We immediately came to the reception and reported the incident (at first they said that 20 thousand rubles had been stolen, because they were emotional and counted inattentively, then they counted it and informed the hotel staff about it, later they constantly clung to this confusion) - we were offered to call the police - we agreed. When the police officer arrived, he, the guest relations manager Katerina (she was the only one who spoke Russian) and several other, apparently, hotel employees (they were not introduced to us, we suspect that it was the hotel security service) put us in the lobby and scolded us like little girls that things and money were not they were put in a safe, it surprised them much more than theft, no one apologized to us, they tried in every possible way to accuse us of slandering the hotel, we could lose money, etc. We checked the lock on the door, but it did not end in anything, although it would not have been difficult to find out who entered the room, the hotel fully referred to the fact that without a statement to the police, they would not conduct an internal investigation (then why this show-off is unclear ...). The statement had to be written to the police in Kemer (the hotel is not located in Kemer), we refused to go with strangers who do not speak Russian (we were told that, in theory, a hotel guide from a tour operator should go with us, whom we had never seen during the entire vacation, Biblio-Globus and SummerTour did not help us in any way) at night to another city along the serpentine. As a result, the hotel staff released the police, we thought that was all over, but it wasn't there...
The next morning I killed a huge cockroach in the bathroom of our room (photo attached), because the previous three days, instead of cleaning, money was stolen from us, the staff was not up to it, the room was actually not They were cleaning up. The last few days were cleaned only after I poked the reception staff at a photo of a squashed cockroach and urgently asked them to clean the room. After all the incidents, we kept things exclusively in the safe.
On the same day, my friend and I wrote reviews about the hotel (including on this site), where we described in detail what happened to us, and in the evening the tour operator's guide from the hotel called us and informed us that we were being evicted from the hotel for our reviews, this employee, as described above, did not help in any way in this situation, although it was the tour operator that we paid the money to (but if not for excursions, then everyone doesn't care about you) and it is he who represents our interests at the hotel. In general, at about 5 pm we were pulled out from the sea so that we could find out for ourselves on what basis the hotel wants to evict us, why we do not have the right to leave our honest opinion, spoiling the last drops of at least some satisfaction from staying at this hotel.
At the reception, we were informed that the hotel management wanted to hold a meeting with us (the level of sur is just off the scale ...), the aforementioned Katerina was at this meeting, as well as the general director and executive director of the hotel (who did not speak Russian and we were translated about 5% of what they said while waving at with our hands, again with absolute disregard, as if we hadn't paid 150 thousand for the rest ...)
BECAUSE OF THE REVIEW, THEY CONNECTED THE ENTIRE MANAGEMENT...The mafia is no different. Our half-hour conversation about nothing with phrases from the hotel staff in the style of "Is it safe for you here? Do you want to have a good rest?" - just endless blackmail and pressure to delete our reviews, of course no one could say this directly, but the message we received from Katerina after the meeting speaks for itself (attached screenshot), we were just shocked at how problems are solved in this "hotel", how they are intimidated here I later read no similar reviews on other sites about similar stories of other guests.
We deleted the reviews so that they would finally get behind us (at the meeting we were offered to meet again...apparently, if we didn't change our minds and delete the reviews, then we would definitely be evicted, since the time for a repeat meeting was proposed suspiciously close to the time of the checkout ...). The meeting ended, a friend in tears from the stresses experienced, we can't calm down at all, and lo and behold!!!!)) Katerina in her message immediately after the "meeting" offers a free massage...well, guys, this is just some kind of mockery, and then for a few more days we are scribbled by incomprehensible hotel staff with questions about whether everything is fine with us (I also attach screenshots)...
I DO NOT RECOMMEND VISITING THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE, IT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY, THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE ENCOUNTERED SUCH A CARELESS STAFF AND BOORISH ATTITUDE TOWARDS GUESTS, OUR VACATION WAS RUINED!!!

Wonderful hotel! Great 5k with great service, the whole team is well done! We stayed at the hotel from May 15 to May 27.
We arrived at night, we were directed to a restaurant where we could have a snack from the road. Then we slept on the sofas for a couple of hours, and at 8 a.m. we were checked in!
Although small, it is a very well-groomed, green, fragrant territory.
Food on solid 5. Once or twice a week there was a fish day, seafood was served: shrimp, mussels, baked red fish. The choice of meat products was also wide.
We went to a fish a la carte restaurant once. I really liked it.
We didn't go to the meat shop, because the food in the main restaurant was excellent.
Cool coffee shop, pastry shop, gozleme.
The staff is mostly very pleasant.
The choice of alcohol is impressive, but you need to make sure that it is not poured from Turkish production. You ask for Baileys, they pour Turkish. It's the same with whiskey. You need to name a specific brand and make sure that it is poured.
I also liked the animation in general. The animator Jan took me to the mountains. There were also bike rides in Kirish.
We attended evening shows several times. I really liked the band from South Africa.
The room is good, it was cleaned well. Only the mattress wasn't the most comfortable. But that's if you find fault.
Beautiful slides in the water park. We went for a ride almost every day.

The hotel is very clean, the staff keeps it clean.
In general, the staff is the best thing in the hotel. Attentive, friendly. Sometimes it seems to me that every morning they are given instructions: "these people have been working for a whole year to come to rest with us, make their rest comfortable and hassle-free." Care is felt at all levels.
The work of bartenders has improved significantly compared to 2023. They do it quickly and professionally, and you no longer need to control what alcohol is poured. At the same time, the guys are always friendly and smiling! Thank them for that!
From entertainment: cool evening shows! Very good teams are invited. Off-site animation is also invited: kanga jumping, aqua aerobics. We set tables near the pool for Youth Day, gave out balloons, which we then launched into the sky.
I like the animation chef Ibrahim, he was there last year. However, there are not enough animators, and what there is, there is not enough enthusiasm. I would like more activity from animators and to involve vacationers in games more.
This year we were given a free visit to the Ala-kart restaurant to choose from. Since last year we were at the fish restaurant (and, by the way, we really liked it), this year we went to the meat store. But he didn't impress us. The food is tastier in the main restaurant. This year, shrimps, crayfish, and oysters were served. Meat is cooked very tasty.
Also this year we were greeted with wine and fruit in the room, and we were given free bathrobes (last year we had to pay). As we understand it, this is our second visit.
The room is nice, the mattress is comfortable.

Приятный персонал, за некоторым исключением. Еда прекрасно. Номера чистые, среднего размера. Шампанское хорошее. Есть импортный алкоголь. Территория красивая, на пляже пирс с которого очень приятно нырять в море. Лежаков всем хватало. Вода чистая бирюзового цвета. Регулярная анимация. Есть клуб, над ним кальянная на террасе. Кальяны хорошие, с учётом бесплатной выпивки завышенный ценник нивелируется. Для тюленинга отлично. Есть возможность прогулок по горной местности, для любителей хайкинга. Для остального необходимо арендовать авто. Из негатива. Не берите номера окнами во двор (в сторону главного входа) всю ночь каждые прлчаса-час подъезжают автобусы не выключая двигателя по 15 минут. Гул и выхлопы все в номере. Два раза ставила на вид администрации, как обычно все улыбаются, но сказать водителям выключать движок не хотят. Ещё из негатива, на проходной охраница женоненавистница. В ее смены именно на нас каждый раз реагировала. Сначала смотрела карточку от номера, поопускала. Но после звонила администратору, жаловалась, что якобы тут не живём. Когда я устроила ему выговор, что на мои обращения не реагируют, но регулярно подозревают нас в обмане охранница приставать перестала.

I wanted to leave my opinion on akka alinda. Rest from 29.10 to 8.11. For the first time we rested so late in Turkey, the weather turned out to be excellent. Of the pros for me:
1. clean sea, pebbles can be handled with the help of aquashouses,
2. compact territory (you always know where to find your 11-year-old child - 4 locations: water park, sports ground, volleyball court on the beach, jacuzzi)
3. Delicious coffee in a coffee shop and ice cream on the beach.
4. There are no complaints about food: fresh vegetables and fruits are enough for me, and a piece of meat or fish.
5. I love the sauna, so there is a separate plus for the spa area. Steamed and ran to the sea to plunge.
Of the disadvantages
1. We had cockroaches in the room for several nights, it's disgusting. As a result, our life hack is not to turn off the light in the bathroom at night, then they will not resort through the hood over the toilet.
2. The cards from the number were constantly discharged. Every day, going up to the room, it was infuriating that I had to go back down to the reception to magnetize.
3. For some reason, the pier and the main entrance to the beach were dismantled very early - the view is so-so on this metal structure. Although they said that the winter concept will only start on 15.11. Well, the neighboring dobedan pumped up with its mountains of pebbles, the picture on the beach is so-so.
4. A broken ping pong table. Is it really hard to fix it if you see that there is a full house in the evenings.
5. A strange concept for cleaning rooms and territories. A day later, they called 6666 at 15, and asked to clean our room. Although cleaning should take place from 8 to 15. You can mow the territory near the slides with a rattling machine not at the time of their operation, with the maximum number of vacationers, but when they are turned off. And at night, cleaning the pavement with a special machine on the street under the open windows of sleeping tourists is also a so-so idea.
I won't go into the details anymore. We never go to the same hotel twice, we prefer a new place each time. Therefore, you can visit Alinda once. The price/quality ratio is optimal.

Инфраструктура хорошо развита. В виде базара и местных турагентств
Вход в море плавный, галька супер мелкая. Обувь специальная не требуется
Питание :выше всяких похвал. Все достойно, вкусно
Первый день, ели все подряд) потом уже дозировали))
Понравился аля карт ресторан - рыбный.
Аля карт французский Pasa понравился меньше. Обслуживание долгое(один сотрудник на весь зал)
В мини клуб заходили, ради интереса. Программа у них классная. Дети у меня подростки, поэтому зашли поиграли в компьютерной комнате и пошли дальше)
Хочу отметить работу девочек гестрелейшн. Очень оперативно относятся ко всем просьбам. Нужно было дополнительное одеяло (принесли в течении 5 минут)
Алкоголь.
Очень приличная коктейльная карта. В Турции, к сожалению не во всех отелях умеют готовить вкусные коктейли. В лобби у барменов получалось вкусно)
Шоу программы : были на шоу Майкл Джексона (приезжие артисты) - супер
Местные диско тоже понравились)
Жили в главном корпусе.

So, I'll insert my 5 kopecks :) just arrived with my wife from Akka Alinda! 11 days 350k the cost of the tour. I'll start with the check-in, the reception is Russian-speaking staff, the girls are great!
Arrival at the hotel at 10 am. We checked in at 14.15 ( the hotel is full ! ) we moved into a room on the ground floor overlooking the roof of the dining room , with an open balcony , the noise level was 9.3 dB ( the sound of a passing bus ) from the hood, it was very upsetting and I asked to replace the room (no problem , they said , but come back tomorrow! in the morning I went to change the room , they gave it back on the ground floor with a view of the water park ( OK , I think ! ) As a result, the heat is plus 36, the air conditioner does not work! They called again, saying what the hell?! The master came , spread his hands and said let 's see you tomorrow ! Okay, I think! Tomorrow came, I came back to the reception, I say what about my question? They say let 's replace your number again , okay ! They changed it , they gave it already on the second floor with a view of the restaurant ( it also has its charms ( the smell of food that they say on the grill and a contrasting shower with drops of hot and cold water)) they did not change it . The rooms themselves are generally normal, but the hotel itself is tired and definitely not worth the money.
The food is generally normal, the crowd in the dining room is fierce!! it seemed to me that the choice is not very large ( comparison with other hotels ! ) Alcohol is all there, as Premium Ultra! Cocktails at the bar are lousy !!
A separate plus for the coffee shop, it pleased me!
The contingent is 80 percent Russian ( people who are over 50 and families with children ( a lot ! ) we were without children and generally without stress . It will definitely be boring for young people here!

The location is definitely good, there is a place to walk outside the hotel and buy all sorts of nonsense! Kemer is 15-20 minutes away by bus.
To sum up! The rest seemed ambiguous, it seemed like I liked it, but it didn't seem like it, it was most likely because of the very high cost of the voucher (expectation is reality 🤷♂️) would I come back again? Definitely not!
As a note to the hotel, change the mugs! When a waiter brings you tea in such a dish, you want to pour it on his head :)) I have attached a photo ! Also, after cleaning, towels were not brought 4 times, I had to call to bring them, which was terribly annoying ! We will not go to you anymore :)

- the hotel itself is cool and conveniently made

Now to the cons, which greatly spoiled the impression of the hotel:
- Smoking is allowed everywhere! We were suffocating from the stench of cigarettes. You can just smoke everywhere except indoors! You can't sit on the balcony because the neighbors are smoking and all the stink is coming to you. This is just a horror and the most important minus!
- disgusting cleaning. I didn't understand at all what their room cleaning regulations were. In 10 days of stay, the bed linen was changed in my opinion only once and then after a request. Towels were changed every day. The mini bar was sometimes not updated for some reason. And the cherry on the cake - when we checked out, we looked under the bed - there was a cigarette pack lying there. We don't smoke, if anything. Well, that is, everything is very bad with cleaning.
- due to the large number of people in the restaurant at dinner, you couldn't wait for drinks from the waiters, you had to take them yourself. Anyway, they cleaned and cleaned the tables very slowly, and if you ask them to clean the table for you, they did it with such faces as if it was not their responsibility. The hotel staff is generally not very friendly (except for the animators)
My conclusion is that 5 stars in Turkey is in reality and in fact a maximum of 4 (if we are not talking about premium hotels), this hotel is a clear confirmation of this

I'm not coming here anymore. The hotel cannot cope with a large number of tourists. The territory is small, the building is large, the capacity is gigantic, because of this it feels like 2 million people are resting in the hotel.
According to the points of advantages:
1. The landscape is gorgeous. Mountains, pines.
2. The sea is magnificent. If you swim to the buoys, you can see a mountain range, a very cool landscape. Swim and enjoy.
3. The standard room is quite normal.
4. Food can be found, you will not stay hungry.
5. A nice pier with a nice shower.
6. Water park.
Minuses:
1. Cleaning, you must constantly ask to wash the floor. This is a luxury-wet cleaning. Putting a dirty towel on the floor in the shower is the norm. But! Everything is changed and washed on request.
2. The room has a door to the next room (family option). Absolutely everything is audible! Even how they turn over on the bed. If the neighbors are noisy, then you are not sleeping while they are awake)
3. There are not enough sunbeds on the beach. You may not find it the first time. If you are a family and after 9:00.
4. The restaurant does not always have free and clean tables. The waiters are slow, lazy, it's difficult to order drinks in the evening, you have to wait and catch. They won't fit on their own.
5. The animators are sleepy, barely walk, I don't know about children, my son is 10 years old, he entertained himself.
6. As I wrote earlier, due to the large number of people and the small territory, the staff can not cope, it is dirty, bottles, lids, etc. are lying everywhere.
7. A very diverse contingent. If it's important who's next to you, don't come here.
8. Problems with the separation of the smoking/non-smoking zone. Even the beach was divided into two zones, but they don't monitor it, so they smoke everywhere.

We had a rest from August 25 to September 1! The hotel does not pull in 5 stars, especially for such money.
1. We arrived at the hotel at 10-00, check-in is strictly after 14-00, they do not check in earlier. You can go to a restaurant for breakfast, they don't have a bracelet system, no one is watching anyone
2. The room was of the side category in the far building on the 1st floor. The furniture is decent, but the pillows are all in lumps, the bed linen is worn, the towels are already yellow. There are slippers in the room, a kettle with tea and instant coffee, a mini bar with drinks and biscuits, soap, gels, shampoos in the bathroom. The air conditioner was working properly, but the electrics were blinking. They called an employee - he just knocked with his hand and said that he had "done everything", as a result, they adapted themselves.
3. There is simply no cleaning, I went to the reception every day and asked that at least the garbage be taken out. There is dust in the room, the floors are not washed, upon arrival in the shower there was a silicone mat covered in mold, I immediately asked to be thrown out! The towels were changed only for the 6th day! Even if you throw it on the floor, they will take it away, but they will not put a new one, even though they left a tip at the beginning. Cleaning is a huge disadvantage. There was a tropical cockroach and a grasshopper in the room once
4. The restaurant is large, if you come to the opening, then you can find a place, if later, it is already difficult. I saw a cockroach 1 time, flies fly. For me, there was no breakfast, the porridge is simply disgusting, it is impossible to eat, there is no cottage cheese, there is no milk as such. Soy sausages, eggs were edible, there were also pastries, waffles, etc. The coffee is not delicious from the coffee machine, the tea is good. Lunch and dinner are good, there is a lot of food, the grill worked every day, but at the end of the rest the food is boring, because almost every day everything repeats itself. The waiters come over, pour wine or whatever you want.
5. On the territory there is a coffee shop where you can drink delicious coffee, a beach bar where ice cream is distributed (the only thing I didn't understand is there is ice cream in a package, it is also distributed, really you can't take it from the refrigerator yourself or count the amount), chips, nuts, cocktails (depends on the bartender: the girl makes good after lunch, a guy comes and works as a favor, cocktails become ice water), there is also a cafe where you can have a snack on the menu.
6. The pool is small, the beach is also small, sun beds need to be occupied at 5-6 in the morning, because everyone throws towels and can come to the beach only by 10 in the morning, and the sunbed is already occupied. There is a pier, there are no sunbeds on the pier at all. If you do not borrow, you will have to walk along the beach for a long time in search. There is a descent into the water, also stairs on the pier, the beach is small pebbles, but it hurts barefoot, you need either special shoes, or in your slippers to reach the stairs and leave them there.
7. What killed me the most was the harassment on the beach. Every day they come up several times and offer a spa, massage, trip to the store, parachute, banana, corn, etc. It gets boring by the second day of rest. They are very annoying, I think that this is unacceptable in a 5-star hotel.
8. Animation is a separate conversation, teenagers 16-20 years old, they are completely invisible, they walk like sleepy flies. It is clear from the faces that they are tired of everything, the shows start at 21-30, there is nothing to do until that time, there was a Turkish performance about the Ottomans, acrobats (very weakly), just a disco, live music, everything ends somewhere at 23-00-23-30. There are fireworks and dancing in the neighboring hotels, and silence here. 70 percent of the hotel's guests are Russians, Belarusians, Ukrainians and Kazakhs. There are also many local Turks, but no Europeans.
To summarize, I want to say that the hotel was very upset, reading the reviews and comparing the price, I wanted to get a completely different level, this hotel pulls at 4, does not exactly justify the price, I do not recommend it! I think that half of the reviews are screwed up or people just haven't seen another service for that kind of money.

We have been vacationing in Akka Alinda since July 6.
The hotel is good. But the number we received leaves much to be desired. We came to this hotel for the 4th time. The room was given on the ground floor, next to the elevator (noise, respectively), the corridor is a passageway (transition to another building, constant noise). The balcony opens onto huge hoods (they never went out onto the balcony, the door was not opened at night because of the noise).
They refused to change the room upon arrival - they said only the general manager could decide the next day.
I find this attitude towards our guests disgusting.
As it is, the hotel is pleasant, everything has always been fine. But now let's think about whether it's worth coming here again.

Отель Акка Алинда неплохой отель для семейного отдыха с детьми , питание на уровне 5 - Ти звёзд ,хорошая детская анимация, если мини аквапарк, в прохладное время работает подогреваемый бассейн , хорошее расположение отеля, есть свой неплохой пляж , на этом плюсы заканчиваются. Из минусов: при заселении очень долго приходиться ждать когда приготовят ваш номер, да и приготовят громко сказано, уборка не ахти , разтащят по всем номеру грязь шваброй и всё , под краватями не убирают там если заглянуть мох состоящий из пыли и грязи , сантехника в душе уставшая грязная и с повреждениями требующая замены , стекла и зеркал все грязные, их вообще ни кто не когда не вытирают , номерной фонд требует ремонта. Посуда в Аля ресторане со сколами и трещинами , а официантки разговаривают как хамки грубо . Чтобы попасть на экскурсию от отеля нужно постоянно бегать на ресепшн и уточнять когда что запланировано и записаться ,так вам не кто ни чего не скажет и непридложит. А в целом отель не плохой , советую для заселения .

We stayed at the hotel in the middle of March. The staff is customer-oriented.After the proposed and viewed three numbers, the fourth option was satisfied. The room was booked comfortably-for two adults and a teenager (norm). Bathrobes, not a big booth.Wines and fruits are provided upon arrival. The mini bar is replenished daily with -2 Cola, sprite,fanta, gas, water and not gas. Fresh orange juice for breakfast.The choice of food is sufficient, there was not much abundance-but everything is delicious. Ice cream for lunch and dinner. The coffee is delicious by the pool in the coffee shop, I didn't like it in other places. There are several options for imported alcohol and local. The sauna and hammam are not bad. We walked to Chamyuva and to Kemer (back by minibus 25 lira).Overall, I had a positive impression. The hotel doesn't look tired. The only thing is, it's time to notice some of the towels

A great hotel with a variety of food, high-quality alcohol and a well-groomed territory. The hotel operates on an ultra all inclusive system. It is located on the 1st coastline, near the mountains. The hotel has a spa center on the ground floor with a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and hammam. There is also a gym, a stage for events and a small water park with slides. High level of service, friendly staff and attentive attitude to guests. Periodically, the customer service calls the room and clarifies if everything is fine. Rooms are cleaned daily. I definitely recommend this hotel for a holiday.

Not a bad hotel, good rooms with some "BUTS", a warm sea, like everywhere else, a pebble beach for an amateur, there are brazen bartenders in bars, in the room when we rested, from the first day until departure, the hood in the shower did not work, all the steam after the shower, all the smell from the toilet was not pulled out and I had to constantly open the balcony door, because all the handles on the windows were removed. The administration referred to a centralized breakdown and nothing was fixed in 10 days. The zarkalo in the shower is shaky, they thought it would fall completely, the backlight on the wall zarkala in the same shower did not work. There is no handle and lock on the balcony door to close the door when you smoke on the balcony and because of this all the smoke flies into the room - it was amazing in general.. . The food is not as diverse as we would like (there is something to compare it with). In general, the hotel does not justify its 5 stars at such prices. The second time is unlikely to go to it.

Хороший компактный отель. Питание вкусное, обильное, разнообразное. Активная анимация и вечерние программы. Удобные лежаки на пляже, чистая территория. Двухуровневый семейный номер подходит для 4 х человек. Комфортные матрасы. С уборкой в номере не всегда гладко было. Персонал говорит по-русски. В номере мы так и не нашли телефона рецепции, это неудобно. Чтоб решить вопросы надо было ходить на рецепцию. Банкоматы за территорией отеля.

But I would like to note that the furniture in the hotel is old. The rooms are not cleaned, the bed linen is not changed. We rested in different hotels, but this hotel was able to surprise us with COCKROACHES in the room. There is no desire to return to this hotel.

The hotel is super!!!!!! We rested from 17.09 to 24.09.23. The staff is very polite, we rested with a child , the hotel provided a two-room room, which was very pleased, the territory is clean, well-groomed, the room is cleaned daily, the food is delicious, varied, a lot of seafood and fruits, a lot of entertainment for children, a water park, a foam party, various animations. The hotel is nice, clean, the staff is responsive, they respond quickly to all requests. The location is good, near the mountains, the market, Kemer can be reached by minibus. I didn't like the kitchen from the word quite a lot of choice, but somehow everything is very economical and the food itself is very bland.

Только сегодня вернулся из Алинды, пишу по горячим следам. Территория: ухоженная, компактная, всё близко; пляж галька, вход в море на любителя, удобнее с понтона. Лежаки свободные есть всегда. Номер: была комната 1417, с видом на море, чисто, уютно, по уборке, минибару и пр.никаких вопросов. Анимация: мне понравилось, хотя бывает и веселее. Аниматоры Джан, Джонни, Юля, Егор молодцы, стараются, придумывают разные конкурсы. В общем, вполне себе. Вечерние шоу красивые, выступают профессиональные артисты, ярко и зажигательно. Есть на что посмотреть, не пожалеете. Питание: кухня, качество приготовления, ассортимент блюд выше всяких похвал, уровня люксовых супердорогих отелей, а, может, и лучше (есть с чем сравнивать), а вот организация обедов и ужинов в основном ресторане так себе. Обед с 12.30 до 14.00, ужин с 18.30 до 21.00. Если не пришёл к открытию или в самом конце, надо быть готовым, что не будет свободного столика, а если и увидите, то убирать его, накрывать и приносить напитки придётся самим. Это ни в коем случае не в упрек официантам, они как раз молодцы, стараются в поте лица, но один человек физически не может обслужить 20 столов, а так и выходит! Это столовая, с очень добротной едой, но не ресторан! Персонал: все очень доброжелательны, клиентоориентированы, вежливы. Огромное спасибо за заботу, особенно Виктории с гестрнлейшн, она святая! Резюмируя, отель очень достойный, особенно за такие деньги, можно смело ехать. Ещеираз спасибо за хороший отдых!

Хороший отель. Территория симпатичная и компактная, что оказалось весьма удобно (хотя сначала подумали "что за куцая территория?"): от главного здания близко как до моря, так и до собственного аква-парка (классные высокие горки!). Питание просто супер, выбор большой и всё свежее! В барах много "родного" импортного алкоголя, в т.ч. виски Chivas, Jack Daniels, Monkey Shoulder, Jameson - всё бесплатно. Разное пиво, коктейли, мороженое круглосуточно.
На лежаках как у бассейна, так и у моря ВСЕГДА есть место, это было приятным удивлением. Бассейн большой, пирс классный. Не очень удобный вход в море (крупная галька), лучше с пирса по лесенке. Неплохой тренажерный зал и СПА.
Основные минусы связаны со спортом и анимацией: всего 1 теннисный корт, на который нет записи, что может быть весьма неудобно, если в отеле окажется 2 или 3 семьи теннисистов, а играть из-за жары реально только после 6-7 вечера. Также удивили сломанные сетки для пинг-понга, ведь они стоят копейки, несолидно для такого отеля. Аниматоры как-то неохотно зовут людей на волейбол и предоставляют спортивный инвентарь. В общем, спортивные активности точно нужно "подтянуть".
Уборка в номере тоже местами хромала - то полотенце не положат, то гель для душа, в общем, как-то странно, при том, что мы оставляли на чай.
Оценка 4,5, но скорее в сторону 5, чем 4.

8 раз в Турции, много отелей видели-этот оставил очень приятное впечатление-персонал внимательный, приветливый, все вопросы решаются быстро. Расположен удачно-совсем недалеко до Кемера, есть пешая горная тропа недалеко, велопрогулки. Очень хорошее впечатление от детской комнаты-ребенок с удовольствием в нее шел. Питание разнообразное, качественное, алкоголь тоже, по территории холодильники с освежающими напитками, весь день мороженое дают, море чистое, удобный вход. Сама территория ухоженная. Вечерняя анимация супер.

Впервые посетили отель в конце июня 2023 года. Он покорил наши сердца! Настолько уютный, комфортный, с доброжелательным и отзывчивым персоналом, что непременно хочется вернуться туда снова.
Шведский стол весьма разнообразный, даже для совсем маленьких есть свой отдельный стол с выбором полезных блюд. Чистота на всей территории, каждодневная уборка в номерах со сменой полотенец и белья, если это необходимо. Небольшая, но ухоженная территория. Пляж галечный, что не для всех удобно, хотя проблему вымывания песка из всех деталей купальника/плавок однозначно исключает) Также есть пирс с лежаками, откуда также можно спускаться в воду, если не любите по гальке ходить. В общем, для отличного отдыха есть всё, что необходимо. Твёрдая пятерка!

Это мог быть прекрасный отдых, если бы не криминал…
Признаться, подобное произошло впервые за пятнадцать лет посещения Турции. Конечно, мы слышали о том, что такое случалось с туристами, но сами ни разу не сталкивались, поскольку для отдыха всегда выбираем только приличные отели с хорошим рейтингом и отзывами. Но обо всём по порядку.
Размещение.
Приехали в отель в районе 9-00 и в 13-00 семейный номер уже дали. Так что, примерно так же, как и везде. Пока номер подготавливали к выдаче вещи можно было сложить в специальной комнате и уже пользоваться инфраструктурой отеля.
Номер.
У нас был двухэтажный семейный номер. Он нам очень понравился: всё, что нужно, там было. Мебель относительно новая, сантехника в рабочем состоянии (без протеканий, слабых напоров, забитой канализации).
Хороший вид из окна (боковой на море) дополнял приятное впечатление о номере.
Питание.
Мы ходили только в основной ресторан, поэтому про а-ля карт ничего сказать не могу.
По началу показалось, что еды (особенно в обед горячего) мало. Но, в принципе, если не стоит целью массонабор, то нормально — есть абсолютно всё, что нужно. Много зелени, овощей, фруктов. Несколько видов горячего внутри помещения, а также зона гриль на улице, где, постояв в очереди, можно выбрать рыбу, курицу, баранину или индейку.
В обед всегда есть два супа. Не сильно разнообразный детский стол, но брокколи там всегда найти можно.
Сладкое тоже присутствует, как в европейском варианте, так и восточные сладости.
Напитки вполне приличные (вино, пиво). На ужин частенько бывали морепродукты, а в сезон (май-июнь) вёдрами выносили клубнику, причём очень сладкую, на которую отдыхающие тут же набрасывались в рукопашную.
Минус в основном ресторане — отсутствуют столы для большой семьи (более семи человек). Приходилось сдвигать пару рядом стоящих столов под неодобрительное цоканье официантов.
В ресторане обслуживание нормальное: официанты себя особо не утруждали, как это водится в Турции, но и откровенно не филонили (как оно частенько бывает).
Инфраструктура отеля.
На территории отеля есть разные магазинчики, кафе, аптека, но мы там ничего не покупали, так как смысла переплачивать нет.
На улице несколько нормальных баров с разнообразными напитками (кто интересуется) и достаточно расторопными официантами.
Также есть сцена, где каждый вечер проходит какая-то программа, завершающаяся дискотекой. Всё как везде.
Отдельно стоит отметить бассейны на территории отеля. Вообще-то это один бассейн, состоящий из нескольких с подогреваемой водой (в сезон) и разной глубиной, что очень удобно для детей и особенно для малышей.
На территории есть также прикольные горки, где нескончаемая очередь из детей стоит в очереди с ватрушками. Очень там весело, но работают горки ограниченное количество времени — надо успеть.
Есть одна интересная фишка — поход в горы по четвергам с гидом. Это мероприятие организовывает отель. Нужно подойти на гест релейшнз и записаться на ближайший четверг. В назначенное время собирается группа (10-15) человек и под командованием гида организованно идёт в поход к рядом расположенным горам (с флагом на вершине). Путешествие занимает примерно 3 часа. Ну, очень здорово! Рекомендую испытать себя, кому надо.
Пляж.
Пляж большой и мест всем должно хватить, но заходить в море лучше либо слева от пирса, либо по лестнице с самого пирса, потому как справа от пирса прямо по центру в нескольких метрах от берега прямо в воде свалены бетонные блоки, о которые разодрана не одна нога.
Полотенца выдают рядом с входом на пляж. Пляжный бар тут же, кому невмоготу.
Уборка номеров и сервис в отеле.
Уборка номеров очень приличная: в назначенное время приходят убирают, меняют полотенца и т. д.
Парнишка, обслуживающий минибар, также всё исправно доставлял каждый день, но, видать, забывал о личной гигиене и его нахождение в номере потом напоминало какое-то время.
Поэтому, сервис в отеле нормальный, как везде. Без фанатизма.
Ресепшен работает очень формально: обязанности свои выполняют, но без излишеств. Бывало, что несколько раз приходилось обращаться по одному вопросу, который, в итоге, всё-таки решался.
Гест релейшнз — самый лучший сервис в отеле. Особенно Виктория, о роли которой ещё пойдёт речь в дальнейшем. В данном отделе девушки решают все вопросы, с которыми обращаются отдыхающие. Молодцы! Руководит отделом Elif, которая максимально быстро решает вопросы, придавая ускорение всем остальным и не особо расторопным службам отеля.
Отельный гид от Пегаса — это самый худший персонаж за 15 лет посещения Турции. Зовут её Елена Максимова. Перед ней стоит единственная задача — продать вам туры. Но если с вами что-то случается (как произошло с нами), то её и след простывает, хотя в обязанности входит решать проблемы туристов. Но о ней чуть позже.
Территория вне отеля.
Через дорогу от отеля нескончаемый и протяжённый базар со всякой шляпой: сувениры, обувь, аптеки, текстиль, ягоды. Разумеется, одежда всё больше «бренды». Но вечером после ужина прогуляться в сторону Кемера очень даже нормально: жара спадает и идти комфортно.
Ну, а теперь об инциденте.
Вернувшись как-то раз после пляжа в номер перед обедом (примерно в 12 часов 15 минут) мы обнаружили открытый сейф. Пароль от сейфа знал только я и, соответственно, ни супруга, ни дети доступ к сейфу не имели. А я, разумеется, его закрывал. К слову, в сейфе хранились документы и наличные деньги (доллары, евро, рубли).
Увидев открытый сейф я обомлел, но заглянув туда я увидел, что документы и деньги на месте. Это была моя ошибка — я не пересчитал деньги.
Когда через пару дней мы собрались на шоппинг, я обнаружил, что пропало ни много, не мало 700 долларов и 200 евро. Рубли никто не взял. Я подумал, что ошибся, но пересчитав несколько раз деньги убедился, что указанные суммы отсутствуют.
Сказать, что мы охренели — ничего не сказать. Деньги были отложены на покупку одежды троим детям, ну и себе чего-нибудь.
Мы тут же связались со своим турагентом в Санкт-Петербурге. Она сказала, что необходимо оповестить о данном происшествии руководство отеля, отельного гида и вызвать полицию.
Мы связались с упомянутой ранее Еленой Максимовой (отельный гид) и она также подтвердила, что нужно оповестить отель и полицию.
Мы сообщили о краже руководству отеля и они вызвали полицию. Через какое-то время приехал криминалист с опергруппой. Они опросили меня и членов моей семьи под протокол и сняли отпечатки пальцев с сейфа, купюр и рядом находящихся предметов.
Далее нужно было ехать в полицию на допрос по существу. В отделе гест релейшенз сказали, что в полицию нас должна сопровождать отельный гид в качестве переводчика. Но когда мы с ней связались, она сообщила, что заниматься этим не будет и что пусть отель выделит кого-нибудь в качестве переводчика (переписка с гидом сохранена и передана компании Пегас Туристик).
Отель просто обомлел от такой наглости пегасовского гида, но делать нечего и в полицию в качестве переводчика с нами поехала упомянутая ранее Виктория. К слову сказать, это был вечер пятницы.
Полицейский участок находился в центре Кемера. Практически сразу попали к следователю, который очень подробно всё зафиксировал в ходе допроса, составил протокол и сообщил, что по результатам расследования, которое будет длиться примерно один календарный месяц, меня оповестят через консульство РФ. Надо отметить, что в ходе допроса я указал на ряд деталей, на которые имело бы смысл обратить внимание и которые существенно ускорят расследование и, как результат, обнаружат преступника. Былой ведь опыт не пропьёшь...
Большая благодарность Виктории за то, что она своё свободное время потратила на пребывание с нами в полиции! Со своей ролью переводчика она полностью справилась.
В итоге, в день нашего отъезда из отеля, приехало несколько полицейских специально для встречи с нами в целях удостоверить нас, что, несмотря на наш отъезд домой, расследование обязательно продолжится и мне обязательно сообщат о его результатах. В ответ я сказал, что цель — найти преступника, который является работником отеля, потому как наличие этого человека бросает серьёзную тень на престиж данного отеля. И полиция, и руководство отеля конечно же со мной согласилось и т. д. и т. п.
Далее мы встретились с генеральным менеджером отеля, где в сто тысячный раз обмусолили одно и то же и у которого я поинтересовался, не желает ли отель каким-то образом компенсировать вышеуказанный ущерб. Ответ был: давайте дождёмся результатов от полиции.
Единственное, что для нас сделал отель с связи с данным инцидентом — это не взял оплату трёх часов пребывания в номере в день отъезда после расчётного времени. Спасибо.
В результате, я честно прождал и месяц, и полтора и два, но меня никто ни о чём не оповестил. Разумеется на протяжении этого времени я периодически интересовался результатами расследования у отдела гест релейшенз (так как полиция говорила, что она сообщит о результатах также отелю), но ответ всегда был примерно одним и тем же: от полиции новостей нет; как только будут новости мы сразу же вам сообщим, дорогой ты наш Владимир!
Окончательно осознав, что результатов уже и не будет я сообщил отелю о том, что я вынужден написать данный отзыв об отеле, а также оповестить по иным каналам коммуникации профессиональное туристическое сообщество стран СНГ о подобном инциденте в отеле Akka Alinda.
Я прекрасно понимаю, что украденные денежные средства мне никто не вернёт. Я просто очень хотел, чтобы нашли преступника/ков и они бы обязательно понесли заслуженное наказание.
Ещё мы конечно надеялись, что руководство отеля Akka Alinda проявит лояльность не на словах, а на деле к туристам, с которыми произошло такое событие под крышей их отеля, и если не полностью компенсируют украденные денежные средства, так хотя бы каким-то иным способом компенсируют утраченное. Но надеждам этим не суждено было сбыться.
Я призываю вас, читающие этот отзыв, несколько раз подумать, прежде чем ехать в этот отель. Если (не дай Бог) что-то подобное с вами произойдёт в его стенах, вы останетесь один на один со своей проблемой. Отель ни в чём не пойдёт вам на встречу, отельный гид от вас отмахнётся и на полицию рассчитывать не приходится — ведь это произошло не с гражданами Турции, чего уж тут.
Обращаюсь к руководству отеля Akka Alinda: данный отзыв я обязательно оставлю на англоязычных ресурсах, чтобы граждане других стран узнали о данном происшествии.

Великолепное место. Не большой знаток турецких отелей. Но здесь все было близко к идеальному. Заезжали двумя семьями с маленькими детьми. Детские кровати хорошие, да и вообще для детей масса всего, в том числе отличный детский уголок с работающей каждый день аниматоршей.
Кормят прекрасно, на любой вкус. Кебабы - огонь)
Номера чистые, персонал вежливый и отзывчивый.
На территории есть аквапарк- сами не катались, но у людей физиономии были вполне довольные)
Из минусов - в нашем номере пришлось чинить замок, который отказывался открываться. Потом проблема продолжилась: постоянно размагничивались карты-ключи. Как выяснилось, их нельзя держать не только рядом с телефоном, но даже с блютус-наушниками.
В общем же, твердая пятерка. Отдохнули отлично, но осенние туры туда подорожали в 5 раз, поэтому не уверен, что вернемся(

I wanted to put 3. But I put 4 stars because of a very cool children's mini club. Problems with cleaning the rooms. Worn towels to the holes. There was another covid spike in August. The floor of the hotel hurt. The other half ran to the pharmacy to get medicines for nausea. There are no sanitizers anywhere, at least they would put them in the toilet. They don't make sure that people don't smoke on the beach. There are vacationers who do not read the signs and smoke right on the sun beds.
The sea is very clean, the beach is rocky, a good ramp is made for entering the depth. And Pierce is above all praise . In terms of activities , it 's super .

2. If you were vacationing in a 5* ultra hotel, then there is nothing for you to do here.
Let's start with the check-in, for the first time in my practice of checking in, I was settled without a bribe at 14:00, if you have money, then they will check in at any time. Next, the staff, a separate story, most people don't care about you, especially the bartenders, they have their own time, life, etc., it's easy to create a queue, tell a tourist that you're a fucker yourself, it's easy, pour palenka, it's not a question at all.
I understand that I chose an inexpensive hotel myself (although 230 thousand for two for 8 days ...) but I wanted a minimum of comfort, not fate.
The beach, LLC is a separate topic, rare awnings and constant search for shade is here, garbage collection, only paper and plastic, bottles are on the conscience of tourists, and it would be fine if there were urns, she is alone at the exit from the beach. So far, this is all the observations, if there are any, I will write more.

Отдыхаем второй раз в отеле Акка Алина. Довольны всем! Поселили в шикарный номер, комплиментарно. Вкусная еда, вежливый персонал. Анимация отличная, аниматоры большие молодцы. Очень понравился СПА - центр. Сотрудники реагируют на все просьбы. Не хватает трапа для захода в море. Очень душевное место. Никогда раньше не посещали дважды один и тот же отель, в Алинду готовы приехать снова!

We are currently in this hotel, there are five of us (my husband and I, two children (4 years and 9 months) and my mother) - a duplex room. This is hell and torment- we are waiting for when we leave here- the stuffiness is impossible, mosquitoes have eaten, you will not be able to sleep at night on these beds and synthetic sheets normally (mattresses do not breathe- these are usually in hospitals and maternity hospitals (Wiped and in order). The doors here, as in almost all hotels, are automatic - there was a situation that the baby ran up to the door and she squeezed her hand very hard (it's not safe here for kids)- there is a malfunction, thank God it turned out to be a bruise. There is no food for the baby for 9 months (vegetables are not cooked and not pre-baked, potatoes in the children's kitchen are like an apple, is it really difficult to cook and I am silent about broccoli and cauliflower in general - they were just washed and put in this vat (and it is crispy). Vegetables in an ordinary hall are always rotten (no one washes these vats - they piled up normally). The hotel itself and the rooms are tired- when I first went in, there is no feeling that this is a five at all (the hotel does not pull), there are insects in the room, they are poorly cleaned. The problem with the service is that they came up to us only on the first evening and brought drinks, that's all. Ice cream is flour. The food is monotonous. There are dry porridges for kids in the children's kitchen - they are all dairy and with sugar. Mashed potatoes are all canned with the addition of orange. Bananas are green and the mouth is knitted, finding a delicious peach or apricot for a baby is another task. It seems to be the season, but there are few delicious fruits, mostly green peppers, this applies to watermelon and melon too. There were no strawberries even once. The playground is poor (two swings without a limiter (dangerous for kids) and a slide - this wooden structure broke today (fell on its side (the reception reported- let's see what they will do). You will not find a beach lounger close to the sea, good places are occupied in the evening, canopies on the beach are a separate masterpiece - you move the sunbed all day like a bad one so that the sun does not fall on you (why didn't you do it - it would be much more convenient), entering the sea is comfortable only on the bridge (but there is immediately deep). The entrance is not quite flat - 2 meters and sharply deep. I would like to note that there is no live music. The feeling that you are in the Krasnodar territory does not leave - hot corn is always offered. There is also nowhere to take beautiful photos (only near an unusual tree and that's it). I highly recommend not to visit

We were at the end of April, everything was just beginning to "swing" before the season.
Mini disco, show/karaoke / live music — standard.
The food is round-the-clock, varied, freshly baked rolls for breakfast I remember every day 🤤 fish, poultry, meat, crayfish, even one day there was like an oyster, but too quickly those who wanted everything sorted out) lunch box can be ordered from evening to next day - fruit, dessert, sandwich and water.
Ice cream is an excellent choice, drinks are also always available: cola and so on in glass, water, lemonades, ayran - everyone will find what they like.
There is a coffee shop with a wonderful barista 🌟
The staff is generally friendly, but sometimes tired.
The contingent is also different, but "tagiel" and ordinary decent families, again, everyone will find friends to their liking))
There are daily activities, but you need to find out separately when what and so on
There is enough space for everyone, several swimming pools, some with heating.
The beach is spacious, pebbles, the sunset is good, a pier was made for the season. There are water activities.
The city is 15 minutes away by minibus, within walking distance of pharmacies and some small shops.

Отдыхали в июне 2023. Остались довольны. Еда разнообразная и вкусно приготовленная. Вода, соки, пиво-все бутилированные и пакетированные. На территории кофейня, где готовят очень вкусный кофе. Персонал приветливый. Территория небольшая, но уютная и комфортная. Номера чистые, уборка каждый день. Пляж и море чистые. Анимация полноценная для взрослых и детей. В общем отдых удался!
