So it would be fine if they didn't clean up after our arrival, we stopped by an already dirty room! Hair everywhere, stained furniture and mirrors. Although the tourists on the second floor said that their room was quite clean. Meals: the breakfasts are quite monotonous, but the dinner was always very varied and very tasty! 3. The room was cleaned on request, if something was not immediately brought, there were never any problems with it. Minuses : 1. The staff does not speak Russian from the word at all, no one! Therefore, it was quite difficult to express myself . 2. Our room was changed because the refrigerator wasn't working in our first room, there was no light, BUT the new room wasn't exactly better. There is no ceiling light in any of the rooms! Keep this in mind. 3. Well, the finale of all this , if you have an early departure, then don't even dream of a lunch box. You just had to beg for it , as a result , we were given a lunch box (a piece of loaf with a lettuce leaf , a piece of ham and a piece of cheese )

Three-course breakfasts, the feeling that they are processing the uneaten food of the previous day. Stuck in an elevator, 30 min 4 people. Everyone was wet and stuffy, it was tough. We were late for the tour because of this, there is no compensation or feedback from the management.
