So it would be fine if they didn't clean up after our arrival, we stopped by an already dirty room! Hair everywhere, stained furniture and mirrors. Although the tourists on the second floor said that their room was quite clean. Great hotel! I took a trip to it for 11 days and did not regret a bit! The reviews were not very good everywhere, but I took a chance. I immediately took a room with a sea view and it was the right decision. I was given a new room, renovated and newly furnished, with a sea view, quiet in the evening, and even caught Wi-Fi in the room! I arrived in the morning, we didn't check in until 14:00, well, nothing, we waited. I took breakfast, but I'm an owl, so I've been to breakfast 3 times. It's not even bad, everything is there: eggs, sausages, vegetables, fruits, pastries, coffee, tea, juices, etc. The usual Turkish breakfast. I regretted that I did not take breakfast/dinner, other hotel guests praised the dinner very much!) And it was quite expensive to eat in the cafe, prices rose very much ( Cleaning every day in the room!!! And it was pretty good, they washed it conscientiously. The snow-white towels were changed daily, the bed linen was also excellent, changed several times in 11 days. From the balcony, I saw the staff cleaning the hotel every day, vacuuming the pool. The staff is polite- everyone is responsive and friendly! But they don't speak Russian, so they communicated through a translator. The territory of the hotel is a swimming pool with a bar, surrounded by greenery, it is pretty enough and cozy. The pool is long enough and always clean. It was from May 22, 2023 to June 1, there were very few people, but it was comfortable. Wi-Fi at the reception is excellent, the rooms pay $ 3 per day, but, again, I was lucky - I caught it in the room, I lived on the 2nd floor)) I read just terrible reviews, but I was ready and got a great impression of the hotel, that everything is much better in fact!😃

Some kind of drain from the storm drain goes directly to the beach near the hotel. Once there was so much dirt that I had to walk further to avoid swimming in the mud. 2. There is no beach of your own, you need to go swimming either from the hotel sun beds or for money to take a place a little to the right. 3. The food is frankly bad. There is no meat. Acidic red "ham" without fibers and soy sausages (pictured). Of the fruits, only watermelon. Instant coffee. You won't starve, but you'll have to buy food anyway. 4. Wi-Fi only during the day, in the evening even the chat slows down. If the windows overlook the neighboring Golden hotel... " if something is there, it's easier to take the Internet from there. 5. The reception staff is rude - the old asshole grandfather ***, sent us to another hotel on the first night. He didn't even apologize. Lying to the eyes. They were evicted from the second hotel, and this one was not allowed in for another 2.5 hours. If you are asked to spend the night in another hotel, I do not advise you to agree, everything is VERY bad there. In room 304, the ventilation in the toilet is sealed with duct tape (pictured), the toilet stinks. 6. The location of the hotel is poor, it is far to go to the bazaar and fountains. Yes, it is located close to the sea in a 3-minute walk, but the price tag is clearly too high, the service does not match the stars. You have no right to go anywhere here until I give you permission." Despite attempts to communicate politely and come to a consensus, he was categorical in his "greatness". I had to carry the suitcase myself. To the comment that you have no right to raise your voice at me, because I am a guest, I replied loudly that I did not raise it and interrupted further conversation. I called the guide, the guide confirmed that yes, unfortunately, there is such a character. Moreover, his colleague was very nice, communicated well and gave us rooms with sea views upon check-in. In general, according to this friend: it is strictly forbidden for anyone who does not live in the hotel to be in this hotel (only in the reception area under his supervision): it is impossible to visit / go up to help bring things in. Hotel with breakfast. If everything was included, there would be at least logic. After that, I was at the Mira Hotel visiting a friend twice. No one said a word. And I ended up booking a room at the excellent Yunus Hotel, where they don't even hang bracelets and don't ask for the room number at breakfast!!! That is, Mr. Rufat's strangeness is exclusively his fad.
