It's a wonderful place, clean, tidy, and soulful. Excellent service, daily pet status reports, photos and videos. We booked a horizontal Comfort box for our abisinka. The box is spacious and has a partition dividing it into a clean area and a zone with a tray and bowls. A nice option is access to a 24-hour surveillance camera, which is aimed at boxing with a pet. During the holidays, I could keep track of my kitty's condition and mood at any time. Thank you for your concern! We will definitely come back to you again for the upcoming October holidays))

I will definitely recommend this hotel! We left our cat for a few days, we liked everything) It's clean, it doesn't smell like anything else, the "rooms" for the seals are clean, the trays, the bowls - everything is there. The staff is pleasant and courteous! Judging by his cat (rather timid), he liked everything too, behaved well. And there is also round-the-clock video surveillance, you can see at any time what your pet is doing) It's good that we have such places.

A very cozy place with wonderful and attentive people! Separation from a beloved pet is always difficult for both the owner and the cat. Therefore, I want to choose the best conditions for a ponytail and not worry myself. Daily photos and videos from the guys really help you not to get bored, it feels like you're always next to each other! And the story of how the cat's day went is ❤️ I can safely say that my baby liked it, quickly adapted and felt safe.
