We visited this cafe on July 19th. The staff's attitude was completely boorish, the order was not carried out accurately, the ordered dishes were confused, the service took a very long time, and I had to go directly to the cashier, because it was absolutely impossible to wait for him. And the change is specially given out in small change (in our case, it was 400 tenge in a bunch of ten coins) so that visitors would refuse it. The quality of the dishes is at a good dining level, the prices of this establishment do not correspond to its quality and status. The usual good eatery with the prices of a decent restaurant. Visitors should take into account that the service is paid additionally, so the prices on the menu should be increased by 10%. In addition, there is smoking inside the establishment, despite the fact that there is no separate smoking room and hood! The smoke spreads throughout the hall, and other visitors, including children, are forced to breathe it.
