A very nice place with a beautiful panorama of the Bosphorus and Galata Tower. No wonder the name of the institution is translated as "Binoculars". Delicious desserts - I recommend to try fondue with fruits and melted chocolate. They bring everything quickly . Excellent hookahs, after which no "helicopters" are caught. Very nice staff.

Just a freaky veranda at the restaurant on the roof of the building on the first line of houses from the shore, with a top view of the Bosphorus, Galata on the other side of the Golden Horn, the pier of pleasure boats and ferries, and all the crazy sea traffic of floating vehicles, in the busiest water area of Istanbul! Combined with good cuisine, average prices, hookah and friendly staff, the place is a must-visit! I definitely recommend it!

We saw it on Instagram and went,Emin,it's nice to watch it from above as a pleasant location.the staff is fast,you don't expect much service.We ate kuymak, but it was not kuymak,there was no cornmeal in it.they melted the cheddar and put it in front of us to kuymak.The pancake wasn't bad.
