Close to the beach. It includes a sauna and a swimming pool. View of the Marina. Among the disadvantages is the lack of cooking utensils, old pillows with lumps, not new furniture and a view of the construction site partially and sometimes noisy.

The best location in Dubai Marina. The JBR is 200 meters away. On the first floor of the tower, the Chinese restaurant 7 Hotspot is delicious and inexpensive, there is beer. There is also a supermarket 7/24 and an inexpensive cafe delicious and round the clock. On the second floor there is a gym, swimming pool, sauna and hammam. Underground Parking - 4 levels. The view of the Marina is simply chic.
