We stayed at the hotel from 21.01 to 30.01. We arrived in the morning, we were at the hotel at 7.30 am, they immediately put on bracelets and sent us for breakfast. Check-out was also at 20.00. We checked in after breakfast. The room was booked with a view of the pool. More rooms with garden and sea views were available. No need to overpay money for a pool view, because in fact there is a pool view everywhere. If you are settled on the 3rd or 4th floor, you will be able to see the sea. I didn't like the first room and we were moved to another one. The check-out was at 7.40 pm, the room was vacated at 12.00 pm, the luggage was put in the storage room and we went swimming. After the sea, you can swim in the SPA. All inclusive is valid until the transfer from the hotel. The food is excellent, crabs, shrimps, fish, lamb, chicken, beef every day. Many thanks to the chefs! The hotel grounds are very beautiful. All the staff - well done! The sea is beautiful, we were lucky with the tides. The tide was strong only on the last day. You can go outside the hotel and take a walk. There are pharmacies and shops nearby. The hotel has been renovated. I definitely recommend it

The room after renovation is clean and pleasant. The mattress of the bed is simply a delight!!They cleaned perfectly. The territory is huge and very beautiful, you can stay in a nearby hotel and visit all the bars there, except for the main restaurant. There's also a water park. Both hotels have the same owner. The reception responded to any requests instantly, there was no need to be nervous and ask for anything a hundred times. The sea is magical!!!! Even if there is a red flag, you can also enjoy the fish from the shore - there are a lot of the same ones there as near the reef. There are no disadvantages in this hotel, you will not find them! Regarding the review, where they wrote that the bad attitude towards Russians is not true. It doesn't matter if you are Russian, Ukrainian, Italian or Jewish, the main thing is to always remain human, be grateful to the service staff and behave with dignity! We had a rest from June 8 to June 17, 2025. Bungalows 906 and 733.I want to write right away that if someone is looking for cons, then they can be found even in super expensive hotels. Shrimps are actually a bomb!!! One dinner was lightly salted Salmon, enough for everyone, even with the addition). Pasta is cooked very tasty. Quesadilla, pizza is also quite good. The waiters are great, they try, they are smiling. We arrived with our beer glasses, so we poured drinks into them without any problems. I have never noticed any negativity towards Russians!!!! There are a lot of Italians, funny pleasant people!!! There are a lot of people, but in the restaurant you could always find an empty table, a sunbed by the pool and the sea. Have people really stopped running and occupying sun beds since 7 a.m.?))) An average of 15,000 steps walked around the hotel during the day). Our children are all 25,000. But no one got better, as usually happens on vacation. The territory is large, of course. One of the most disadvantages for me personally is thin single-layer toilet paper. In January 2025, we had a rest with children at the Nubian Island Hotel. The room wasn'T a bungalow. I really liked the hotel: clean, beautiful, delicious food. The sea is cool , but gorgeous Positive: Convenient beach, sand and smooth access (convenient with children). You can also dive with a panther. Clean rooms , daily cleaning (elephants and swans were turned out of towels, the child was delighted) Beautiful green area. The food is very tasty, lots of seafood, fruits and cakes. We had a room with access to the pool, next to the restaurant. Very convenient. But please note, the pool is not heated near the main entrance. In other seasons, this would be an ideal room. Entertainment events in the evening. Service and staff are excellent 👌👍 The alcohol was not very good in quality, but we found an excellent bartender and he prepared us quite tasty cocktails. Cons (not critical): The quality of shower accessories is so-so, average. I didn't like that it wasn't in individual bags, but bottled. Sliced fruits with something like syrup are not tasty at all. There is little animation for children. And there is no children's club as such (although it is stated in the description of the hotel). In general, I really liked everything, I definitely recommend the hotel.

We had a rest at the end of May 2025 with the children. The hotel is very big, for some it's a plus, but we still like to be more compact - you live here, there's a pool, here's the sea. Animation is a bit boring in the evening, but you can see the guys are trying, well done, there weren't enough shows, invited artists. Children have master classes, for example, they made pizza. The food was delicious, especially the soups, and there was enough to last. Of course, the sea was above all praise, there was often wind, the pier was closed, but we managed to dive there several times, the children certainly liked the bay. We paid an additional $25 for a room in the main building, after renovation and more space than in the bungalow. The staff is very friendly, but of course they try harder for the Italians, of whom there were about half 🤭 In general, I really liked it, I would like to stay for another week. 😄

For breakfast there are both oatmeal, semolina porridge, eggs (omelet, boiled, fried eggs). A variety of greens, mango has been seen a couple of times, usually served in the evening, mostly melon. Desserts are available in a wide range, including baklava, which is served at lunch and dinner. The only one who is used to tea and coffee is served only in the morning, at other meals you need to run to the second floor and bring hot drinks yourself. There is a bar on the beach (by the way, the NUBIAN ISLAND and NUBIAN VILLAGE hotels (the neighboring hotel)This is one chain, so guests of the two hotels are allowed to use the bars (only drinks and ice cream, food is served respectively at each hotel), as well as trampolines and pools. The ice cream is the most delicious in the bar near the sea, the one in NAPOLITANO is bred a little (we realized when we took the same ice cream at the same time in two places), but sometimes when there are a lot of people on the beach, they also add ice. There is a gym, but we didn't have time to get into it, there were enough activities. We lived in a bungalow in Island. The only thing is that there is no dryer as such in the room, only a stretched rope in the shower. That's why we usually dried our clothes on chairs on the porch. My stay at this hotel was amazing! Gorgeous green area, large swimming pools, excellent bars and food in the hotel's restaurants, convenient access to the sea, fun animation. We were worried that it would be cool in early March, but the weather was great, just a couple of windy days. We stayed in a standard bungalow room for two people, I really liked it - the bungalow has its own atmosphere, as if the whole house belongs to you, although there are neighbors in it, but thanks to the excellent sound insulation they are not heard at all. There is a sense of privacy, a private terrace. Very tasty and varied food at the main Mondo restaurant and at the Barracuda restaurant by the sea, we also went to Napoletano for an a la carte dinner, we also really liked the food and service. We lived in a bungalow, it was clean, the music did not interfere, the neighbors were not heard. The animation is great too, well done guys. One disadvantage was the weak Internet, there were a lot of people in the evening and almost no one could find the Internet, here it was necessary to immediately buy a local SIM card. We would like to return to the hotel, we advise everyone!!!

The restaurant is like a canteen, but delicious. The USA has a better rest. There is animation. The kids' club is also ok. The rooms are normal, but the old furniture, plumbing. It feels like a cottage))) We lived in a 2-room bungalow. There is cleaning, but the floor is not washed at all. They came to our room at night and brought us fruits, rolls and local sausage-it's like cardboard, if anything, but on the whole it's nice to have the attention. We went to bed and realized that we had a piss-soaked mattress on which the linen had been changed. This made us very sad. They were able to change the mattress only the next day. I had to sleep on the same bed at 4. Overall a good hotel. I don't know about 5 stars 😅 in Egypt, these borders are erased. You can also visit the nearby hotel, pool and beach.
