Disgusting service. I booked a hotel through booking.com with payment upon check-in. I received a booking confirmation. Nevertheless, the hotel decided to debit the money from the card, and when it failed, canceled the reservation. At the same time, the hotel gave me 17 minutes to update the card starting at 00:37 at night. They could not call and clarify by phone. I am attaching a screenshot of the request.
