We stayed at this hotel from 08/04/25 to 08/13/25. We were satisfied with the rest. I got a room with a magnificent view of the sea, although the usual standard was booked. Cleaning and towel change was daily (except for one day, Sunday, in my opinion). The food for 3 stars is very decent and there are enough seats, there were no problems with that. There were no problems at all, it was a wonderful vacation. The rooms were old, but the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was working well, and the refrigerator was too. The water was hot, shampoos and gels were changed. And, of course, the main advantage is the location. It takes 2 minutes to get to the sea through the gate. There is no private beach, and the sun beds from the cafe turned out to be quite expensive, but with this location of the hotel, you could lie on the sun beds by the pool. I have been writing my review while staying at the hotel for a week now. The location is excellent, close to the sea. It is a pity that the main entrance and exit to the beach are dirty, and cleaning is required. The hotel is located between the embankment and the central street.There is no security, the territory is open.There is a swimming pool, but it is useless because it has cold water that does not warm up. The hotel staff consists of young people who work in a relaxed manner. And there are a lot of cats in the dining room that jump on the tables, if you want to take food outside, it's better not to leave the table. The glasses are plastic or paper, we bought ourselves glass ones and used them all the time. Regarding the food, the food is monotonous, the bread is white, 3 times a day. The breakfast is English, but without croissants and bacon, butter happens sometimes. Main dishes, only chicken, different parts and types. Dinner is a little better, sometimes fish, no fruit, just watermelon or melon. For the rest of the pickles in the Migration, glasses, by the way, are also sold there and coffee. We got a room with two beds with a side sea view.The view from the balcony is very beautiful.The room is partially newly renovated.The room is small, the mattresses are comfortable, and I slept great. They cleaned badly, we had to throw out the trash ourselves, my husband wiped the floors with a towel, it's better not to look under the bed. There are trolleys on the floors where you can get everything you need: toilet paper, garbage bags. If you want peace and quiet, then this is definitely not the place for you, as loud music from discos until 2 a.m. is especially loud on weekends.We would close the door and fall asleep with earplugs.A towel for the beach is given once for the whole time.There is no stand in the shower for brushes and toothpaste, the sink is small. The result of the rest:the sea is excellent, the views of Marmaris are fascinating, our vacation was a success, we did not pay attention to the little things, we sunbathed, rested. We've been to different hotel categories many times, and we basically knew where we were going.We didn't expect anything from the hotel, probably not to come here again, but we explored the whole of Marmaris, which we are very happy with. p.s. by the way, there is a great public beach in Icmeler, we got there in 15 minutes by bus for 40 lira.There is a place to change clothes, an umbrella, a toilet.Buses run frequently and regularly.

We had a rest together from 08/21 to 08/31/2025 . The first time in Marmaris and the first time in 3 stars. We have never regretted choosing this hotel. Cozy, located almost in the city center. The sea is 2 minutes away. The sea is gorgeous, the entrance is sandy. The rooms are small, a little tired, and redecorated. Food - the range is not large, but everything is delicious. Trout and mackerel fish. Meat - chicken, chicken eggs (delicious), nuggets, cutlets. The only fruit is watermelon. Everything was delicious and there was enough for us! The pool bar is open from 10.30 to 22.30.

Excellent location close to everything- the beach, the Marmaris-icmeler-turunc water taxi stop (opposite the pucca restaurant), the dolmush stop in the center, the blue port shopping center and Migros We lived in a building closer to the sea, music could be heard at night, but with the door closed and the air conditioner, we slept normally, the plumbing was working, the air conditioner was blowing away.. The furniture, of course, is a little old, but the linen is clean and white. The TV is working, there are a lot of channels, including Russian ones, and the air conditioners are new. There is a refrigerator. Wi-Fi catches well, both on the street and in our room on the 3rd floor. We cleaned every other day, without asking. Food. You can say the same thing +- every day.The usual breakfasts are eggs, sausages, cheeses, vegetables, a standard set, in general. For lunch and dinner, there is always meat, fish is often very tasty. You won't stay hungry. I personally didn't have enough fruits, watermelons only every day, and yoghurts for breakfast)) The bar is open from 10 to 22_30. Local drinks, beer, gin, vodka, red and white wine. Soda, bottled mineral water, and powdered juices. For the price of this hotel, it's very good. The main thing is that the rooms are clean! Russian Russians are welcome at the hotel, almost everyone speaks Russian, there is a chef at the reception, in the bar. There were also Poles, but only a couple of people. Migros is a 5-minute walk, to the center, the fortress, 30 minutes very slowly. Of the cons, perhaps the pool is not heated, it was at the end of September and the tired sunbeds spoil the impression, or rather the mattresses. But the sea, as he wrote, is a minute away.

A great hotel for its price. A solid three on the first line . Everyone had a vacation for ridiculous money. Breakfast , lunch and dinner without snacks (decent and very tasty ) bar : beer , various wines , gin , vodka , free soda and juices ( from the machine ) . We also fell in love with this hotel thanks to the staff who work there from morning to night. We went from the hotel with the bartender Yusuf to bar street ( free transfer and 1 free cocktail) Serin is a great opportunity to have a budget vacation at an expensive resort! If you want to get a headache in the morning from a sleepless night, then go to this hotel. Music blares from the cafes until almost two o'clock in the morning, while the ventilation from the dining room is terribly noisy. Closing the balcony door is not an option - it does not help. Room replacement for a fee is $ 30, which is not mentioned upon check-in. Room cleaning, garbage disposal only. We haven't changed a towel in five days. There is no private beach on the sea. Sun beds are provided by local bars for drinks and stand at a minimum distance from each other, i.e. you will breathe with your neighbors on each other. The food in the dining room is monotonous. He eats for lunch what he didn't finish at breakfast. But you won't stay hungry, there is always chicken and fish. Lots of greenery. Tomatoes and cucumbers are made from fresh vegetables. Olga is a Russian at the reception, you can talk about everything and agree on it. The territory is small, I would say very small, so, the area between the two buildings with a swimming pool and sun beds, there are also dining tables, swings and 2 bars, everything. People sat in the evenings. But life is boiling around almost until the morning, it was not boring. It's quite a normal "three-piece" for me. If the budget is limited, then there are standards for visiting. I chose the neighboring Sonnen, but it was more expensive for these dates, although I met a woman who moved from there to here, according to her, it was no worse, and even better in food.

Pesky tour vendors and cafe hostesses. The sea is cool, but that's what you need!!! Wonderful dry climate! We really liked Marmaris, but if you want nature and quiet, this is for you in Icmeler. By the way, we walked to it for about an hour and a half. We met incredible beauties and luxury hotels along the way. You can get there by minibus for 40 lira per person. ,Take rubles with you! Three discos, but when they were over, the noise of an industrial generator wouldn't let me sleep at all. They asked us to relocate and we were transferred without any problems. The second room was a little smaller, but most importantly, quieter. The furniture is old, but everything often works. There is a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning. Wi-Fi is available. The mattress was all depressed, the bathroom doors wouldn't close. The food at the hotel is monotonous, at first everything was spicy, chili peppers everywhere, even in mashed potatoes. After complaints from tourists, they stopped adding anywhere. Drinks at the bar are vodka, gin, wine and beer. The rest is paid, although we had everything included. There is no entertainment at the hotel at all, I even turned on background music for dinner on request. The hotel bar closed after 10 p.m. One huge advantage of the hotel is its location. 50 metro to the sea, cafes, bars, shops nearby. The street of bars is 1.5 km away. Singing fountains 1 km. There are free beaches, they are without sunbeds. You can pay for a drink. Prices in bars and clubs are sky-high from 1.5 thousand rubles per cocktail, to eat modestly from 3.5 thousand rubles. So see for yourself. We rented a quadric and went to the beach in Turunchu, where the sea is completely different, beautiful and clean. Gasoline prices are 140 rubles per liter. The impressions of the rest are twofold, the hotel has ruined everything.

I just love Marmaris itself, I have a lot of memories from my last trip. I only rate the hotel itself. I understand that this is not 4*, not 5*, but at least cleanliness must be respected. Where everyone eats the tables in crumbs, the plates are not cleaned for a long time after others, the floors are also not clean. I can accept that the room has an old shabby closet, the socket is holding on snot, the bathroom door looks like it's from the 19th century and try not to pay attention to it, but the cleanliness of everything in this hotel makes me hysterical. There's black hair in the sink and on the floor (by the way, I'm closer to red). By the way, the plates that I tried to change every other time were greasy and streaked, I don't know how clean they can be considered. I don't care about nutrition itself, so I won't write about it. Wi-Fi in the room does not catch, only closer to the door. As for the view, of course, as lucky as anyone, I got the 1st floor, overlooking another hotel, where they always talk about something.

Great place, visited 2 times. The food is excellent, homemade, suitable for the Russian stomach and it is possible to combine your diet. It's nice that the pool is not strong or not chlorinated at all. The rooms are scary, but this is a place for me to spend the night. There are no insects, it is clean, it is clear that they refresh every year, make cosmetic repairs. I recommend it for rest, overnight stays, and lunches.

Among the disadvantages: the abundance of cats on the territory, approaching the hotel the stench of cat urine, cats mark sun beds, tables, chairs, strollers, your feet. They jump on tables and in the kitchen, steal food from plates, and walk around the floors. Allergy sufferers are definitely not here. Cleaning once every 3 days and then on demand. But it's better not to, with the same cloth that wiped the urine, then they'll wave it in the room. The staff is rude, allows obscene suggestions and jokes. The food is monotonous, with a full load, there is not even enough soup for everyone. All drinks are in small plastic cups. You will arrive in half an hour, there will only be greens and sauces left. I do not recommend this hotel. Marmaris is beautiful with its views, don't spoil your vacation.
