Despite the excellent selection of products and convenient location, the service leaves much to be desired. 07/31/2024 when serving at the cashier, the cashier (unfortunately, I do not remember the first / last name) in glasses with short dark hair, asked about the presence of "small things" that were not found.To which I had to listen to a dissatisfied comment and take the change, which was significantly "thrown". The next client had a similar situation: the girl did not find the required "trifle", which was followed by more extensive comments "Why don't you all have anything" in a rude tone. After my remark that a woman should not spoil people's mood with her statements, the usual indignation was voiced in my address, to the words about the complaint in the book of complaints and suggestions, the woman replied "write, I don't care." If it weren't for the lack of time before departure, there would definitely be a comment about the "excellent" service, so the network should clearly pay attention to communicating with customers)

I would like to clarify one question..
Minsk .. The neighbors express store near the railway station..09..02.. forgot a bottle of milk at the checkout .. 20 ..02.. went to pick up at the store ..to answer my question ..can I pick up the milk? the store administrator refused, explaining her refusal by saying that I came and picked it up ..is your administrator allowed to lie to customers ??
Then she called security..the guards said that my milk was overdue and they allegedly did not give the overdue ..
It turns out that one bottle of milk was sold 2 times ??
You live well on deception!!!

The Neighbors chain of stores is very popular in Minsk, I shopped in different stores of this chain. The range of goods is good, the products are high-quality, fresh. 🍞🥐🍗🧀🥫🍠🍬🍶I would like to note the work of the cashiers of the Neighbors store in the shopping center: they are always polite, attentive to customers, of whom there are a lot in this store, because there is a bus station and a railway station nearby.
