Anna helped decide on the hotel (South China Hotel 4*), was always in touch, answered any questions that arose. We are satisfied with the choice of the hotel: it is located on the first coastline, friendly staff, nice rooms with sea views, quite a variety of breakfasts, a good pool. She listened carefully to our wishes, took into account all the nuances and suggested the best tour option. Thanks to her recommendations, we chose the Sphinx Aqua Park Beach Resort 4* hotel and our stay in Hurghada turned out to be unforgettable. Why are we satisfied: convenient location — close to the airport; good infrastructure — swimming pools, mini-park, bar, Playground, animation, entertainment, polite and attentive staff; The rooms are clean and cozy; a varied diet. Many thanks to MakeTravel and especially to our manager Ksenia (Minsk) for the impeccable organization of the tour to Egypt, Amarina Abu Soma 5* hotel! All our wishes were taken into account 100%, and when a small issue with the room arose during the rest, the management and staff promptly helped to solve it. Thank you for your support and professionalism! We had a vacation in Egypt for the third time, and this hotel became the best! We definitely plan to return by ourselves and send our parents. The territory is compact, well maintained, very green and cozy. Beach: 3 minutes walk, clean, with soft sand and gentle approach. There were always enough sun beds. A nice bonus — turtles sailed daily! Nutrition: beyond praise! The main restaurant has a huge selection and themed dinners, as well as 4 a la carte restaurants at the top. Infrastructure: water park, several pools, lawn/table tennis, gym. Unobtrusive animation. The only caveat is that the hotel is located far from the airport (the transfer took about 1.5 hours), but this did not spoil the impression. If you are looking for a company with an individual approach, where you are really heard and offered something that you will like, this is MakeTravel. We are already choosing dates for our next vacation with you! We definitely recommend it!
