An interesting high-rise in the Dubai Marina area.
There are many grocery stores and cafes nearby. The tram stop is a one-minute walk away.
Beach and evening entertainment on the shore across the street. Marina Promenade is 10 minutes away.
A convenient area, a good complex. There is a lake and a clearing)))

Every time we arrive in Dubai, we live right here, a great location, 5 minutes walk to the Marina, go to Barasti beach... Across the street is a large Karefur supermarket, like our Auchan.
A great pool, a barbecue area nearby, where you can fry a piece of meat and even drink there, although there is a ban, but the staff is extremely loyal to this!

We lived here in apartments. The staff is very friendly. The pool is clean and well maintained. On the territory there is a Playground, a children's 3-room and a gym.
