I am delighted with the beach! We were in early September 2023. There is a beach equipped with sun beds and umbrellas (120-150 AED), but you can also stay closer to the water with your own. The beach is clean. The open sea, not the lagoon... The water in the bay is of the most beautiful color, transparent. Toilet, showers are all nearby, free and clean. Not like on La Mer beach (the showers don't work half the time, you can't go to the toilet). Not all cafes were open.. Apparently it's not the season yet. We came to it from the hotel by taxi.

Definitely the best beach! There are changing rooms, showers, toilets. A large area with a cafe and various food trucks, the sea is open, clean. The beach is huge, sloping entrance to the water. After 18-19 hours, rescuers leave, but no one bothers to swim after that time. I advise you to come on weekdays, as a lot of people gather for the weekend.
