We were charged 50 percent of the cost for a refund or exchange of the ticket! with 45,000 paid for 2 people in both directions, we were charged 22,000 rubles (including fees and fines)

I recommended this company to all my friends and acquaintances and have always used OneTwoTrip myself. But for some reason I decided to contact this card with increased cashback. Everything was going fine, I booked a hotel, but due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel the reservation. The money was returned to the card, but it is possible to transfer it to an account in another bank only with an "advanced" card level with increased cashback. I tried to raise the level over and over again, but to no avail. "Approval usually takes 15-20 minutes." What a day I've been doing this approval, but all the time I get refused due to incorrect data, I probably should have asked for a passport with a different number and series so that they would like it. Support is not responding, it is also not possible to reach the operator....I appeal to the same OneTwoTrip users, please do not use the gift card, so as not to spoil the impression of this company, as happened to me!!!!! I want to figure this out and never mess with OneTwoTrip again....

I can't refund the money for the luggage that was purchased through this under-service, the airline at the check-in site re-issued the luggage for a larger one, saying that this under-company will return the money for unused luggage, bots are responsible, money is not returned.
