The company claims a high market segment, judging by prices and self-presentation. At the same time, the quality of the fabrics is of a low grade, after the first wash, a hole appeared on the knitted jumper from the release of the loop. At the same time, the manufacturer refused the claim, arguing that the jumper from the three-thread lining belongs to the autumn-winter range, which means that the warranty for it ended on April 01. Referring to this fact, the company refused to conduct an independent examination. From which I conclude that the company's specialists do not know the Laws of the Republic of Belarus, and the management does not delve into the problems and does not appreciate its customers, apparently there are too many of them. I will add the review after receiving the examination of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and, if necessary, a judicial opinion. In the meantime, I do not recommend purchasing products from this company, as it is possible that this is a one-time item in your wardrobe for an expensive price.
