On the plus side, I work until the last client. The office's work schedule is until 19.00. We were served at 19.50, and we arrived at 17.30. It feels like newbies are working. They can't answer a single question. There is one answer to all of them: "Contact 148." The service is very slow. We waited in line for more than two hours, even though there were no more than 5 people in front of us. If there is an opportunity to avoid contacting this department, it is better to use it.
