A hotel with slightly tired rooms. Breakfast on the roof with a view of the city on one side and the pool on the other. It's a bit of a strange decision, especially when all the windows are dirty. The breakfast is a buffet, not very varied. Room cleaning is also so-so, but the staff there are mostly men, so it's not surprising. There are supermarkets near the hotel, the beach and bus stops are within walking distance.

Overall, I liked the hotel, it was a strong 4. The rooms are large, and there is a shower cabin in the bathroom in addition to the bathtub itself. The view from the window was not the best we had. The Corniche beach is a 5-minute walk away. There are many supermarkets and cafes within walking distance. The location turned out to be great for us. I took off the star for the staff. At first, it took a long time to find a reservation via Yandex.Money. After Yandex contacted them, the number was provided, but the sediment remained. They refused to put a 3-bed in a triple room, arguing that it had not been paid for, but they quickly realized that they were wrong. We had 6 rooms for the whole company. 2 rooms were provided late . In general, something needs to be done with the staff. There is a 30 dirhams snack bar with a coffee machine, juices, omelets and snacks. I liked the breakfast. The rooms themselves are not new, but they are quite comfortable.

They cleaned well, left water every day, there were all accessories, including a toothbrush and one. razor, and constantly replenished, lived on the 8th floor, friends were given a room on the same floor. The beach is 10 minutes away, there is a paid and free one. Everything is clean on the free one and there are a lot of rescuers. The hotel staff are very nice and smiling ❤️ There are many supermarkets nearby, across the street in a tall building with a culinary, around the corner there is a pizza takeaway Papa John, there is a pizza of the day every day, which is 2 times cheaper. I recommend the hotel to my friends and acquaintances)

The food will do - the food is normal - the bellies do not twist as most often in hotels, even the reception staff ate here - and this is an indicator, yes, they give juice for lunch and dinner, and the choice of dishes could be more, but it will do. The exchange of dollars is not bad - at the exchanger 1 to 3.6, at the hotel 1 to 3.5 - not bad, without problems, since you give passports even at check-in, at the airport, for example, the exchange rate is 1 to 3.2. I liked the hotel. Of course, the proximity to the beaches is the main advantage! The hotel is quite neat and small. The breakfasts are good (although monotonous). Dinner for just 45 Drx is varied and interesting - you can have salads, several types of hot dishes and desserts with fruits. For that amount, you can also eat well in a nearby cafe (and there are many of them), but without a choice. Beaches nearby: There are several on the embankment: free / family (paid) alternate - you can change the beach every day for a change, to each walk +-10 minutes in any direction from the hotel. The nearest beach is 10 days (you can go out and return with a ticket all day). The family beach is very relevant on weekends, when crowds of "lonely" workers go to the beach - at this time it is extremely unpleasant for women to swim nearby - the family beach saves from intrusive glances. On normal days, free beaches are also good)

Very cool hotel, convenient location to the Corniche beach (10 minutes). The rooms are all clean, cleaned on time. Special thanks to the managers Abdulattif and Samir. They were very friendly and helped to solve any issue. The food is top notch, we had half board (breakfast +lunch/dinner). There is always a different assortment. Your shrimp in batter is mmmmm, yummy. The outdoor pool upstairs is very comfortable, although there are only 4 sun beds, but many had enough. In the evening, you can drink cocktails, smoke a wonderful hookah from Mohamed! Thanks to him too, he is very friendly and helpful. In general, the hotel has 100 points! We will definitely come back again.

There is a terrace on the roof where you can order a hookah for 45 dirhams. You can also bring your own food there. There is a swimming pool, but it is forbidden to swim without a lifeguard. However, for 4 days I did not see a lifeguard on the spot. There is a liquor store on the ground floor near the entrance. There was a problem with the sockets, not all European plugs were inserted into them.

The location is generally good, but keep in mind that there is no crossing to the beach and you have to go to the nearest intersection. A free municipal golf cart with several seats runs along the embankment. It will take you to any gate to the beach for free. Of the cons, the hotel is a little tired with furniture, but generally clean. The refrigerator was broken, I asked to replace it, as a result, another non-cooling refrigerator was brought. The air conditioner was working properly, not loudly. It is built into the ventilation, not a separate unit. In general, if I go again, I will look for more options. The area itself is not particularly new and you have to go to the nearest parks. There is a construction site in places. The view from the window was so-so, but they are different, as luck would have it. With young children, look for an option closer to the beach crossings. And there are no places for children to walk nearby. The hotel is for those who want to save money. Cleaning the room, changing towels was no problem. The reception helps, answers all questions.

A two-room room with a small kitchen and two bathrooms. But unlike a similar hotel in Dubai, there was no washing machine and iron. And the dishes in the kitchen too, except for two tea cups. I don't know, maybe the dishes would have been brought, but we didn't need them. The restaurant is on the last 17th floor with access to the terrace, i.e. the roof, on which there is a small swimming pool. Breakfasts and dinners are quite acceptable for a 4* hotel. The location is very good - in the quarter adjacent to the Corniche, opposite the entrance to the city beach.
