I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights, a very cozy place, price = quality the accommodation included breakfast: a varied selection, lots of rolls, different types of omelets/ scrambled eggs, fruits, vegetables, drinks, there were even several types of seeds, sliced, both adults and children will not stay hungry , the beach is beautiful, the staff bring towels + cold water for sun beds, the water is not perfectly clear, but clean, it is pleasant to swim. the beach closes after sunset~18:30 the hotel's pool is very cooling, the rooms are also provided with clean water and towels , there is everything you need: toothbrushes, full-size shower gel/lotion/shampoo/conditioner, cotton swabs, kettle, refrigerator, hairdryer. cleaning was done every day, towels were renewed, garbage was thrown out, the impressions were positive, the beautiful territory of the hotel!

The dinners are themed. Seafood almost every day. Meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, desserts. Drinks except water at dinners are available for a fee. About the pool. Small, but cozy, cooled, hidden from prying eyes (only guests whose Windows overlook this pool can see it). Comfortable sun beds, soft towels, large umbrellas from the sun, it is especially pleasant that everyone is brought a thermocontainer with ice and cold bottled water. There is a bar nearby for those who are determined to have fun and there is not enough water for this) there is a beach with sun beds - clean and spacious, but the bay in summer is not a separate kind of pleasure for everyone. The mattress is comfortable, but the pillows need to be dried, they are heavy as a stone. There is plenty of water everywhere. For dinner, only water is free, in the morning there is orange juice, you can squeeze it yourself, there is such a large juicer like a cupboard. I'm a coffee lover, they don't brew it well here, everywhere. Coffee machines were constantly breaking down at breakfast:(and this is a real problem. The trouble is with the kitchen, for example, in Rotan on Yas Island, breakfasts are for 5, there are 3 here, there is no cottage cheese, no yogurt, flakes are tasteless, pancakes are always cold, there are no porridges, but a lot of things that you don't really eat in the morning: rice with vegetables, eggs float in tomato paste, something else it's mixed, it looks like Mexican-Indian cuisine, well, you can say it's delicious, but we don't eat this in the morning, and in principle we don't eat! In the evening, the kitchen is the same: tacos, chips, rice, and something mixed with meat:(something is lying on a kind of pizza, but it is terribly not tasty! But in principle, everything is not delicious:(except for puff pastry baking, well, it's hard to spoil it :) although it happens, I wrote about Movenpik in Baku, so the croissants there were inedible for all 4 days: bitter and old! The baking is better here. The room service is bad:(you order food to the room through their app and dancing with tambourines begins: calls, confusion, they will bring nuggets, they did not bring French fries, although it comes in the kit, they confused a children's burger with an adult and had to pay extra, although there was their mistake, but they were going to take it away, and cooking time About an hour!!! In general, constant nerves:) a lot of staff speaks English poorly, they speak, but with such an accent that it is difficult to understand at all! They give water a liter per person, put it in a mini fridge, so the water is cool! Yes, the hotel's pool is a misunderstanding, as is the gym- don't count on them too much, they are very small and not serious! That seems to be it! I'm sorry if I offended someone's feelings! We had a rest in May 2024. The beach was closed, as were other beaches around. But we were not upset, and we were even glad - because we provided a transfer to the beach of Sadiyat Island, and it was amazing. In general, I can put a solid 4 for the hotel . The room is large and spacious. We took half board - breakfast and dinner and it turned out to be the most reasonable for this hotel, because there is not much place to go to eat (only a couple of places) and it's not really great to take a taxi somewhere every day. According to the breakfasts and dinners themselves, you can also rate them as "good" - there is a choice, there are juices for breakfast (there is freshly squeezed orange), pastries, pancakes, omelets, vegetables, etc. The hotel is generally good, I rate the services and work of the staff as "excellent". In general, summarizing: the hotel itself is good, I advise you to take half board if you will be there for more than a week, find out about the beach (if it has not opened, then you will have to go to another place) and understand that it is located more or less far from the center.

Among the disadvantages are a very weak hair dryer, lack of mosquito repellent treatment, a ban on swimming on your own beach from 04/26/2024. and the unfortunate location of the shower on the beach (far from the sun loungers and right next to the open terrace where guests have breakfast). There is a free shuttle service and access to the Soul Beach with sun loungers, umbrellas, shower and toilet. It takes about 40 minutes to drive with check-in to other hotels. Beaches are closed in all city hotels! It's too bad that the tour operator does not have this information!

I was looking for a place to spend the night through booking and came across the offer of this hotel for 3 people. I've booked a room. They confirmed it to me. Everything is OK, but then I decided to clarify about the bed for 3 of his people. They replied to my request that this was a room for 2 people and they could not put an extra bed. The number is 50 meters. I write to them that the booking office issues this number for 3 of them, that they either need to change the offer or provide us with the appropriate conditions. In general, they agreed to provide everything. When we moved in, of course, they forgot about the bed and put it in front of us already. Otherwise, everything was for two people, and there was only one robe. But the room itself and the view were beautiful. It was late and I didn't want to swear. But the bed was great. We slept well and ate. The location of the hotel is convenient, not far from the White Mosque. 7 minutes by taxi. In general, I recommend it.

We took this hotel for 2 days while waiting for our room in the neighboring Fairmont, as we arrived 2 days earlier. We got a room upgrade for free, thank you so much for that! The room was spacious with a balcony and a view of the city. If it's important to someone, then you can hear the call to prayer from the mosques that are next to the hotel, we woke up around 4.20 am, but honestly it didn't bother) Breakfast was great, freshly squeezed juice is top! They could not evaluate the beach, since after the great flood in the UAE, all the beaches of the hotels along the canal were closed. We used the pool, not bad, but shallow, and it is advisable to take a sunbed for up to 10 hours, then it is difficult, maybe because of the closed beach. They give you a bucket of ice and water by the pool, which is also a plus! Everything that was important to me was here: silence (conditionally, if you remove the mosque), the most comfortable bed and pillows, a balcony, delicious breakfasts, pleasant staff.
