Very disappointing experience 手手手 Constant construction noise all day long. Everything is dirty because of the construction, the whole hotel feels unfinished and torn apart. Old rooms with a noisy road view. The beach is unsafe - full of sharp shells, impossible to walk barefoot. My child scratched their leg there. Absolutely not family-friendly. The swimming pool is cold and not heated, which makes it unusable, especially for children. Kids club works only until 6 PM, nothing for kids in the evening. Very limited food options for children. No shisha at the hotel. Overall, not worth the price at all. Would not recommend, especially for families.

I liked everything! The staff is great for the whole hotel, they cleaned every day, made the bed before going to bed, this is included in the service. The food in the main restaurant is every day, the cuisine is different. The hotel has fitness equipment, which is also included in the price of the hotel, but massage, steam room, sauna are separate. Other restaurants in the hotel are expensive and not open every day. There are 2 pools: an adult one, where they smoke (they are strictly not allowed there with children), and the 2nd one, next to the children's slides. You have to go to the beach, but it doesn't bother you, there are crumbs and shells in the sand, those who haven't done yoga will be uncomfortable, the kids will definitely have their legs cut. The sea is a magical turquoise color. On the beach, you don't bother anyone with sun beds at a distance from each other. Previously, we had never heard about the renovation of hotels, we were at sea and there we did not listen to the casinos. There was silence. There is a large shopping center nearby, you can walk 15 minutes or drive 5-7 minutes by car. In this store you can find souvenirs, sweets, including the famous Dubai chocolate, a variety of cafes, a pharmacy and a grocery store. I must say that alcohol is not sold here. We recommend this hotel not only for families with children, but also for those who want to spend a quiet holiday alone. There is an atmosphere of calm and tranquility here.

One of the best hotels I've been to. It was out of season at the end of September 2025. The hotel is almost empty. At the same time, the restaurant is full of fresh and delicious dishes, and there are a lot of friendly staff. Always smiling. The room is cleaned twice a day, and not like in Turkish hotels, where cleaning is specifically imposed so that guests refuse it, but somehow anonymously, I don't know how they track and organize it, but during the week of my stay I did not meet cleaners in the room more than once, while cleaning is on the top five. The room is huge, the view in all directions is excellent. The beach is just a fairy tale, the width of the coastline is 300 meters, there are 50 meters between the sun beds, full Privacy, fantastic. I recommend the hotel 100%. I was with two children aged 3 and 7, the children's room is new and cool, the staff speaks Russian. The pool is for children with two large slides. The Dubai Mall is an hour away, and costs about 5,000 rubles. Nearby is a 15-minute walk, a great shopping center, there are basic brands, one cool sports store, Adidas, sansonite, mini department, and a bunch of other things, including Burger King.

The hotel is very clean and cozy, the rooms are large, spacious, about 50m, the furniture is new, neat, there are no complaints! There is red fish for breakfast every day, the food is delicious, champagne is served for breakfast (free of charge)! Honest vacation review 04.09.2025 – 15.09.2025 I recommend the hotel, but with reservations. I'll talk about the cons first, then the pros. I travel a lot, I've been to different countries and hotels, so I think I can be objective. Minuses: — The main reason for choosing the hotel is the 18+ pool. There was no information about the repair on the website. I checked in advance by mail, where they confirmed to me that the pool will be open from September 2. Upon arrival, it turned out that it was closed and, according to the staff, it would open only by mid-September. By the end of the vacation, everything was still closed. The reception did not comment on the situation in any way and did not offer compensation for false information. — We checked in a little earlier than 15:00, it's nice. But the room itself was disappointed with the condition: the carpet had clearly not been cleaned since the restoration in 2023, there were chips in the shower, and the mirror was worn. Every evening, the air conditioner started to smell like food. The hair dryer didn't work either, it was replaced. The robes are good, but they didn't come in handy. — The view of the golf courses is good, the noise of the construction site is not audible. — Cleaning service. The first days everything was fine: she left chocolates, tips, notes, to which the maids reciprocated (they left cute messages, made figurines). But later, the cleaning deteriorated dramatically. Once, a cotton swab lay on the floor for three days — it was dropped by the cleaners themselves and not cleaned. Cleaning twice a day: basic and bedtime, but the quality was highly dependent on the individual employee. (6th floor, a woman has been cleaning for the last few days). — The neighbors have not had cold water for several days. We were more fortunate. — Aesop cosmetics are very good: shampoo, balm, gel, cream. But all this is only in the shower, there is nothing at the tub — I had to run back and forth. — There is no convenient path to the beach. It's hard to walk barefoot on sand and shells in the heat (it's not hot), there are no toilets or showers on the beach (only by the pool). — There is one cooling pool, which is a plus. Also a plus is the pool staff from Pakistan. She didn't ask for a name (we always talked. But the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, although cleaning is carried out daily. It's impossible to find a place by the pool on weekends: locals are being turned off, and many swim in their clothes, which they wore in the heat, without even rinsing. It's unpleasant. On weekdays, there is almost no one, and then everything is fine. Maybe because it's not the season yet. — Residences are being built nearby, and work will continue at least until 2027. It doesn't bother much, but the fact remains. — I didn't like the cocktails at the pool bar (the alcohol itself is good, but the cocktail tastes are not very good). Positive: The sea is a delight: clean, warm, seashell beach. On the third day, I calmly ran on it, although it hurt at first. You need to be careful: I once saw a shell go deep into a man's leg. There are crabs, starfish. The sun beds are comfortable and soft, but because of the birds they are often dirty (they are cleaned regularly, but it is impossible to completely avoid this). Beautiful parrots are flying. The staff is a huge plus! Thanks to the staff, the rest turned out to be pleasant, despite all the disadvantages. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception. The food (we had breakfast + dinner) is beyond praise. This is more than enough, if necessary, you can walk to the shopping center (10 minutes). The service is better than in many Michelin restaurants in Moscow, and the food is also excellent. I would like to thank the Min and Moumen waiters who meet the girls, as well as the manager (unfortunately, I did not remember the name). Special thanks to the sous chef Sandeep for the wonderful pasta and the pastry chef for the best waffles I've tried. There is a huge selection of fruits: pineapples, passion fruit, lychee, rambutan, pitaya, mangosteen and much more. Champagne is served in the morning, and delicious mocktails are served for dinner. The juices are freshly squeezed, and the coffee is excellent (both hot and iced). There were always shrimps, mussels, and crabs at dinner. The desserts were not very diverse, but they were delicious. The children's table is also good. We didn't even go to the neighboring restaurants — there was plenty of everything here. There is a gym, a good one. Result: In general, the rest turned out to be successful, if you turn a blind eye to some shortcomings. The hotel clearly does not meet the standard it claims, but the price justifies the quality. If you take a tour not for half a million for two, but for about half the price, it's worth it. Honest rating: 4/5.

Ras Al Khaimah5* vacationed at the Hilton Waldorf Astoria Hotel in July 2025. I was so impressed with the hotel that in October I wanted to come here again. (I come to the UAE quite often) The hotel is lovely, comfortable, and beautiful. Both arrivals were greeted by beautiful girls. (they offered a compliment from the hotel, which is very nice). The main feature of this hotel is the staff!!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. They always greet you with a smile, they will definitely compliment you, and they will tell you if you need help. I'm thrilled! The rooms in the hotel are gorgeous and large. Everything you need for a cozy stay is available in the room. The restaurant is wonderful. A variety of delicious and high-quality food. The gym is fully equipped. Beautiful, cozy and very clean area by the pools. The beach is just huge. There are many sun beds that are located at a great distance from each other. The hotel is amazing. The staff is very polite, given on. A great room with half a view of the sea, although we only had a view of the city. Breakfasts/dinners are very colorful, fresh, delicious, for every taste. The pool is always clean and beautiful. The repair was done when we were there, but it didn't bother at all, you couldn't hear it in the room, or at sea, except by the pool.

The hotel has been renovated, the rooms are huge, everything is cleaned to perfection. The breakfast is simply gorgeous, the champagne is a nice bonus. One of the disadvantages is the absolutely unbalanced prices for lunch and dinner. Since there is nowhere else to go in the area (lunch, dinner), get ready to either buy groceries at the store or leave 20,000 per person at the hotel for a visit to the hotel catering.

I've always liked it here. Almost nothing has changed since the renovation. But everything is fine and working now. Questions only about the sea. Apparently, due to the construction of this bulk island in the neighborhood, the ecosystem was disrupted. But there is no shortage of small crabs. They pinch. It doesn't hurt, but it's unpleasant. Then we moved to Ajman, where there are no animals in the sea at all, which is ideal. But the Waldorf Hotel itself is a gem, of course. After that, it will be difficult for you to get to the UAE. Whether you need it is up to you to decide. I returned a year later, I add. The tower was apparently sold and the exterior renovation began. The cladding is removed, hammered so that the sound reaches the beach. And the adult pool is under renovation, all the tiles were knocked down. I don't know how it's going to end, but repairs are starting to get stressful year after year. But the sea is great.

Unfortunately, I have to write a negative review about this hotel. My husband and I are currently vacationing here. The hotel did not warn that NOISY renovation work was underway. They did not close the hotel for the duration of the work. We used to stay at this hotel and everything was always great - food, service, relaxation. And this time we chose this hotel for our vacation. But neither the tour operator nor the hotel itself warned us that renovation work was underway. They are globally redesigning the central building of the hotel - THEY ARE BEATING OFF THE ENTIRE EXTERIOR FACADE. The work is carried out from the very morning until late at night, with PUNCHERS!!! this sound can be heard everywhere near the hotel - on the beach and by the pool. We are very disappointed that we have to listen to this hammer drill all our vacation and there was no warning about it.… We would like to warn everyone who wants to visit this hotel in the near future - it is better to choose something else) judging by the work and globality, it will not end soon(

I had a rest in the 1st half of October, I knew that there might be a construction site nearby, what the pier and the casino opposite were doing. There are few people in the hotel, it's quiet, as I like it. I liked the food, it can be better, but this is a different cost of hotels. I took FB plus, Ala kart lunches, which is also good. The beach is a little worse than the neighboring movenpik, but in general it is OK for the UAE. Sometimes it ebbs all day. There are always enough sun loungers for everyone. For children: a children's club with a closed outdoor playground, a water area with fountains and a river, part of a large swimming pool and water slides. There are few children. The continent is intelligent, there are many Russian speakers. The coolest thing is the staff and service: everyone is friendly, issues are solved. The territory is beautiful and green. I didn't see any mosquitoes. You can walk along the embankment and along the beach to the end of the Sofitel, or you can walk along the golf courses. Super hotel! The condition of the room stock, room cleaning, quality of service, food, and the beach are all top notch. We visited the hotel twice (April), we will definitely come back again!

We were here last week. I do not recommend the hotel. Tired rooms and the interior in general. The photo of the rooms from the website does not correspond to reality. Be careful, because the photos of the rooms on the site are mostly from the tower, which is now CLOSED FOR REPAIRS. The beach is not bad, but when we were there it was very shallow. Of the disadvantages, we had to wait about an hour at the entrance for our room to be prepared. The administration informed us at our arrival only after registration that it turns out our room is not ready yet. We waited for 1.5 hours of extra time, although we arrived even a little later than the check-in time. Unpleasant. And upon departure, it turned out that they wind up additional taxes for each position, consisting of three positions and in the total account is about + 15%! This is the first time I have come across this type of deception, because no one warns about it at the entrance, keep in mind or clarify immediately. On the plus side: Good food, liked the European cuisine restaurant inside. It's pretty tasty. The breakfasts are also good. A comfortable and large family pool. There are not many activities, but nevertheless I liked yoga. There is a promenade that connects the hotel with neighboring hotels. The territory is green, but the paths are not functionally thought out enough, some of them were under repair. Summing up, I want to say that this hotel was very disappointing. Expectations have absolutely not justified themselves, and the photos on the site are at odds with reality.

The hotel is large with its own large beach. The sunbeds stand at a decent distance from each other, which gives a kind of privacy. Towels can be taken by yourself, but usually they are brought by electric car directly to the selected sunbed, plus they are given ice water. There are two swimming pools on the territory, one of which, as I understand it, is only for vacationers without children. The reception staff greeted us kindly, answered all your questions, were ready to help solve any problem that arose. All the staff speaks English, but usually there is one person in the teams who understands Russian. The rooms are large. We had a Family Deluxe with a view of the golf course. In the room we had two double beds, two large TVs, a coffee machine, a kettle, an iron, an ironing board, a large wardrobe, a separate bathtub, a shower, a toilet with a bidet and a huge balcony. Rooms are cleaned daily, sometimes twice a day. Towels were changed every day. The power was taken by FB++. This plan includes breakfast, dinner buffet, lunch on a separate menu in the a la carte restaurant Azur (also a menu, only items included in FB++ go without prices) and any two drinks per person for breakfast, lunch, dinner. The buffet is not as varied as in Turkey, but the food was all delicious and the choice of dishes was quite decent. A waiter is attached to each table. The waiters are all polite, friendly. Cooks move around the hall along the tables with food, who make sure that the dishes are always full. You can also specify the composition of each dish from them. The cuisine at the Azur restaurant was simply gorgeous. All the dishes from the menu were delicious and, most importantly for us, not spicy. The portions of each dish were quite large. A 10-minute walk from the hotel there is a shopping center where you can stock up on souvenirs, small things, as well as buy various goodies in the supermarket. The prices are quite reasonable (especially when compared with Dubai).

I really enjoyed my vacation at Al Hamra Residents. Spacious cool rooms, beautiful interior of the hotel, very smiling and friendly staff. Beautiful landscaping, several dozen types of vegetation around the hotel and a beautiful white beach lying close to the territory, outdoor pools. Beautiful blue jellyfish, starfish, fish. The local streets are very clean and green, there is a mall nearby. You can have a nice time walking 🙂🙂near the hotel. 🇦🇪

Hello everyone If you want to relax in silence, there is nothing better to think of than a vacation in December at the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah Hotel. Of course, this hotel is suitable for recreation in any season, but the absence of sultry heat is very advantageous. A beautiful place to relax, completely relax from the noise of the city. Attentive staff, you can have a delicious meal even for picky kids. The hotel has a cool children's pool with 2 slides.
