The disgusting order pick-up point does not comply with the work schedule.When working until 21.00, the point may well close at 18.00 for a whole week.The management of the point does not know at all what the work schedule is, ensuring the working conditions of employees, customer orientation.However, they refused to provide legal details for drawing up a complaint

Terrible service, I ordered delivery there several times. I changed the pick-up point. I talked to my wife, and she has the same opinion about this pick-up point. Faced with disrespect, neglect, clumsiness and indifference of the seller.

I give 5 stars out of respect for the owners, because I kind of came across it and it was very friendly, they greeted me and offered me a bag... but all the time that I go, 2 girls work and every time I feel guilty about something, guilty about asking for a package, guilty about in general, I came to blame for the fact that I have to make a refund (not because I am inadequate and order goods for fun), but because things of inadequate quality come to me, or something is not reported, or there is a delay... but… I'm always so happy to go to Ozone for parcels, because it's a hard time and at least something lifts my mood.… but now, when I think that I need to go to this pick-up point and somehow STRAIN the employees, it discourages all desire to go there.🥲🥲🥲 I know what salaried employees are and I know how difficult it is to work with people... but at least without rolling your eyes, clicking your teeth and looking unhappy, just give orders and make refunds if they are required, thank you
