Great rental. I took a Porsche for a work trip. Everything was on top: the service, the condition of the car (brand new), the format of delivery and pick-up of the car. There was one inconvenient moment with regard to the child seat (a small chair was brought), but the deliveryman changed it literally in 30 minutes. I was completely satisfied!

I do not recommend this company. In December 2024, I rented a car (BMW M3 Competition). According to the contract, the lease was issued for 1 day (from 12/14/2024 to 12/15/2024). There was an accident on the same day. The company staff informed me that since I am a tourist, it is necessary to make a deposit of 50 000 AED. At the same time, the conditions were clearly stated to me: I pay exactly 20% of the repair cost, the remaining amount is refunded after completion of the work, and there are no costs for downtime of the car (loss of use). After the transfer of funds, communication became difficult: the repair dates were constantly postponed, and no specific information was provided. According to available information, the car has already been used, despite the claims of repairs. Later, communication practically stopped, and there were no replies to the messages. As part of the appeal to the DED, the company provided documents in which it indicated the lease for 153 days, which completely contradicts the original contract (1 day), and also issued a final invoice in the amount of more than 230,000 AED. At the moment, the issue remains unresolved. I recommend that you carefully record all the conditions in writing before making a payment.

I've rented cars here twice, and I'll write for both times. One time they just didn't bring her, without warning her about it, and ruined all the plans for the day. I understand that there are different situations, but notifying the client at least 2-3 hours in advance seems to be the norm. Instead, I personally write 3 minutes before the issue, and whether there will be a car at all, to which they tell me about some non-existent breakdowns, and offer a measly 15% discount on cars from the fleet. These are simply the most incredible little thieves - for their own joint, non-issue of a car, violation of agreements - they offer to rent a car from them as a plus. The support feels like you're talking to crazy people - they offer a $50 discount on Bentley rentals as compensation for the inconvenience. You say, "Are you normal at all?" - they answer that if it is better to be responsible for their own shoals, they will incur losses, and they do not want this xxahaha. Another time, the car was still brought to me, and I will note. which is timely. However, Chinese rubber, torn off in pieces (DIFFERENT ON THE FRONT AND REAR AXLES), was installed on the S63 W223 800 hp, the car was not washed before delivery, the tank was half filled. And the most unpleasant thing is that the electric engine is discharged, which is actually the trick of the car (those very fast jerks). In short, the types work for the flow, the customers are not respected, they are not ready and do not want to take responsibility for their shoals (just cancel the car at the last moment).
