A good hotel deserves its 4 stars in full. A modern building, a cozy room, a nice room, quite a variety and delicious breakfast dishes. Polite and competent staff.

We checked in at night, although there was no ready-made room with a double bed. They kept us waiting for about 10-15 minutes. We entered a room on the ground floor facing the parking lot. There was a big motorcycle in front of the window of our room. When he worked, his light and sound disturbed us. The receptionists said we would change your room tomorrow, but no one was interested. The room was spacious, but the things and the bathroom were tired.

The hotel is located far from the sights, but there are plenty of opportunities for walking. Nearby there is a huge promenade and the chic Bagdad Ave street, with many shops and cafes. The room seems to be quite good, but there are enough flaws, the safe did not work, the air conditioner drove only warm air, the shower door was broken, etc. But the biggest disappointment is breakfast.

Disgusting Wi-Fi. The view of the courtyard is also "devastatingly good", and you will have to overpay for a room with a sea view. The breakfast is quite good. In my subjective opinion, it does not pull at 4 stars.
