Disgusting, shocking approach to customer service. Simply fraud. I booked for my mum, a 75-year-old lady in a wheelchair with no English communication skills. 30 min after her flight arrival, they sent an email, and they considered it a "No Show". Case closed. For god's sake, she is in a wheelchair, how do you expect her to approach your representative? They didn't bother to check with the flight staff. The airline had put her in the wheelchair; they knew. Worse even, when I called, the operator babbled a prewritten response.
