Disgusting, shocking approach to customer service. Simply fraud. I booked for my mum, a 75-year-old lady in a wheelchair with no English communication skills. 30 min after her flight arrival, they sent an email, and they considered it a "No Show". Case closed. For god's sake, she is in a wheelchair, how do you expect her to approach your representative? They didn't bother to check with the flight staff. The airline had put her in the wheelchair; they knew. Worse even, when I called, the operator babbled a prewritten response.

Little space, old chairs. But good coffee and drinks in cans, water in glass containers. The food is unusual, the presence of a large number of people of other races, nationalities was not bad, it was unusual. Those who are hungry will find something to eat, but it is not a lounge, noisy and uncomfortable. Go in for a quick snack, drink coffee, get drinks.

Meeting and seeing-off service at Dubai Airport (DXB). It is very useful for those who arrive for the first time or arrive at all (without transfers). The airport is huge, the distances are long (if anyone is engaged in sports walking, then just right!). The meeting service helps to sort out the maze of passages and turns. Where you need to take an electric car to cover kilometers through passport control, this is especially useful! Comfortable and calm. They have their own route at passport control. Therefore, it is not necessary to stand at the counter of the local border guard for long. On departure, you can use a separate lounge (not a business class) if you are not flying Emirates. However, this all ends on departure.

The ideal place at this airport if you have flights connecting for more than 4 hours. Everything to relax in a quiet and peaceful place. Cafe, restaurant, bar, large enough room for a family of 3 people to relax and tidy up. There is a swimming pool in the hotel, but it closes early. This is a small minus. The cost is reasonable.

The review is not about the hotel itself, but rather about the service and customer orientation of the Marhaba Lounge. It so happened that we could not use the already paid room, which we informed the hotel employee at the reception. The employee met us halfway and canceled the booking online with a full refund to the card. I am sure that next time, if necessary, we will consider this hotel for accommodation as a priority and will definitely supplement our review. Respect to the staff and management of Marhaba Lounge.
