Disgusting, shocking approach to customer service. Simply fraud. I booked for my mum, a 75-year-old lady in a wheelchair with no English communication skills. 30 min after her flight arrival, they sent an email, and they considered it a "No Show". Case closed. For god's sake, she is in a wheelchair, how do you expect her to approach your representative? They didn't bother to check with the flight staff. The airline had put her in the wheelchair; they knew. Worse even, when I called, the operator babbled a prewritten response.

Therefore, it is not necessary to stand at the counter of the local border guard for long. On departure, you can use a separate lounge (not a business class) if you are not flying Emirates. And the employee of Marhaba managed not to know about it: he met her, escorted her to the departure area and left, proving to her that the paid services of Marhaba included only escorts. A spouse with three children went to the lounge herself, where she achieved accommodation. Maybe it's my own fault that I stepped in and ordered these services separately, but the point of a good service is to prevent such shoals. Therefore, only three stars out of five.
