Everything was ok, very good rooms (clean and spacious with everything you may need). The breakfasts here are also amazing with big variety of food and beverages. Coffee here is amazing (I drank Americano)! The location is nice, the good view on the channel (or bay) on the one side and spectacular view on the Burj Khalifa and small authentic block on the other side (we stayed on the 20th floor). Not so far from the mall and the subway station.

Cool place, very huge number of skyscrapers and its down town baby! Near situated a famous biggest one of the world is Burj Khalifa Dubai and also one of the biggest Mega Mall-Dubai Mall!!! Amazing place! My recommendations!!!

A great hotel for its price segment. We arrived at the hotel at 7 a.m. (check-in from 14), our luggage was taken away and they said that cleaning starts at 8 a.m. and our room will be asked to be removed from the list first. As a result, they were already settled at 8 and given an elevated category with an upper floor, where the view opened directly onto the canal. There is a construction site going on around, but it has nothing to do with the hotel, and you can't lower the rating for that. The service is excellent, the cleaning is good, we ask you to always clean at certain hours when it is convenient for us. It was at this time that the cleaning took place. The breakfast is delicious, the choice of the Swedish line is quite sufficient, and an omelet is also prepared according to the menu./Scrambled eggs/Benedict, etc. I would like to pay special attention to the amazing pastries, several types of croissants and rolls of the level of Cedric Grolet's Parisian pastry shop, as well as the availability of different types of milk for coffee (coconut, almond, etc.). During the eviction, personal belongings and suitcases were also left intact. Upon request, a visit to the spa area was offered, where you can take a shower, change clothes and tidy up. I also want to draw your attention to the fact that no deposit was required, and upon check-out, I reported that a wine glass had been broken in the room. In response, they asked me if I had cut myself, if everything was in order, and there was no monetary fine. And a good impression is formed precisely from such trifles. A very pleasant hotel for both business trips and family vacations. The rooms are quiet, spacious, and ergonomic. The center is within walking distance, as well as a pleasant promenade for evening walks. Basta restaurant with quality food. Room cleaning as many times a day as required. The air conditioning is unobtrusive and easy to manage. The staff is helpful and smiling everywhere, always ready to solve any of your questions. The bedding is of high quality, you can replace the mattress with a harder one, as I did. Nice shower, bathroom and toiletries. The best hotel in downtown!

BE PREPARED FOR THE FACT THAT 2,000 dirhams WILL BE CHARGED UPON CHECK—IN, which is 50,000rubles under the pretext of a "deposit", the deposit WILL NOT BE RETURNED to you after your check-in. We ran away from this hotel at night because it was simply not possible to tolerate these disgustingly dirty rooms, although we paid for a week's stay in advance. During these days, of course, no one returned the money to us either, they just fed us with promises, and then they ignored us. Spare your money and nerves, and never check into this hotel.

There are Russian-speaking girls at the reception. The pool is small, but with a beautiful view of the canal. Very tasty food on the menu at the pool bar. Wonderful breakfasts at the Basta restaurant. Near Burj Khalifa. From the airport about 20 minutes by car. The room has everything you need for girls. Washcloth, shetka, paste, cotton pads, machine, hair dryer, comb, body cream. In the pool, deodorant, comb and hairspray will be brought on request. The hair iron is always there with a hairdryer. The cleaning is gorgeous. Every day. There is an iron in the room. But only some stupid TV. A large sulfur panel, and the screen itself is very small. And the sulfur panel reflects everything. Great spa. I went for a body massage and a facial massage. I looked into the fitness room. But I didn't. There is water and other drinks in the refrigerator and it seems towels for cooling. There is an absolutely wonderful coffee shop on the ground floor. If I couldn't get a latte at breakfast. It was always a strong cappuccino, then in a coffee shop they made me a chic drink. Desserts are very tasty. On the top floor there is a Japanese restaurant.
