It's very similar to the cheap Chinese supermarkets that I've seen in other countries. On the ground floor there are groceries and household goods (for washing, bathing, etc.), on the other two floors there are clothes, dishes, souvenirs and a million other goods. Some are extremely cheap (and look like a fake), some are not bad in quality and price. I found the cheapest Dubai chocolate here.
