Not a bad hotel! A relatively quiet part of the city, with good transport accessibility. The main purpose of the trip was football matches, and therefore proximity to Rams Park was needed. The rooms are clean! Breakfast was included, which had everything you needed, + sometimes I got a coffee break.

The hotel is located far from the center, and the metro is about half an hour away on foot. Of the advantages: The rooms are clean, but the views are already battered. In general, the room has everything: shampoo, gel, toothpaste and a brush, a surprisingly excellent hair dryer, blows very powerfully! There is a kettle, tea, and coffee in the room. There are Russian-speaking employees. In general, the staff is quite friendly. The breakfast is average, buffet style, but the choice is meager. Of the cons: The audibility in the rooms is strong, as if the neighbors are in the same room. At 5 a.m. in the morning, you can hear local prayers even with the window closed. This quality of service is not worth the money.

I really liked the hotel. The rooms are clean,blackout curtains, large bed, clean linen, necessary hygiene supplies. The staff is polite and friendly. I would especially like to mention Gulnaz's employee! She is friendly, attentive, speaks several languages, including Russian! After talking to her over breakfast, the mood for the whole day is positive! I wish you success and prosperity!

Very good location of the hotel, 5 minutes to the Bosphorus, Bekishtazh district, many cafes and restaurants, nice to walk, drink coffee or tea, the Pasha's Palace is located nearby. The hotel itself is small, quiet, the room was with two rooms and a large bathroom. Cleaning daily. There is a safe, tea, coffee, 2 bottles of water were put every day, the staff is friendly. The breakfasts are modest and monotonous, the coffee is delicious. I can recommend you to visit!

The staff does not understand how to view reservations in their system. My accommodation was divided into 2 bookings, as the travel dates were extended, but they tried hard to evict me. Although I've already shown the receipts. Then they called, then they came to the room. Although they said upon check-in that everything was fine, they see that there are several bookings and I can stay in my room, there is no need to move. The room–service food is terrible. And very expensive. There are many shops and cafes around, but keep in mind that the place is not a tourist destination, so they do not know English there. English is spoken in the hotel. The room is shabby in places, but it is quite comfortable, there is everything you need.
