The girl at the checkout started looking askance: "Because of people like you, refunds will be canceled soon," "Think better next time," and she kept saying with that face… Then I filled out the return form, but it didn't work out the first time — I cursed out loud and took a new sheet. I was signing and I didn't notice the fine print under the line, the girl said: "You need to go back to first grade, they didn't teach you how to read." It's naturally unpleasant to hear such a thing, and you could have said it normally, more amiably and cordially. Solve the issue of personnel — this is not the first time at this point, apparently. I won't come here anymore because of disrespect.
