One of the worst corporate insurance policies. It would be possible to describe the disadvantages. I'd rather say that there are simply NO advantages. Incompetent in EVERYTHING, the call center works from under the stick, they don't want to help. They will do everything to make things worse for you or your loved ones. They'll suck out all the juices of life, taking complaints from 1 hour to 2 days (!). When I'm at the pharmacy at the checkout, prescribing medicines for 30 minutes! They gave us this insurance, but we just don't use it because we value our health. If you respect yourself and your employees, just walk by. Trust our experience.
