The apartments are old and require renovation. Old household appliances. Duplexes are not convenient, the layout and furnishings are not thought out. Disgusting sound insulation. The managers work very poorly: you always get a call before checking in, asking what you need, but as a result you will get the most disgusting number. ( noise, poor view, lack of declared pieces of furniture such as a chest of drawers and a work desk, which was very important, since they stayed at work. Managers communicate disgustingly with guests, already on arrival they found out that the pool and gym were not working, and renovation was taking place in the lobby, we were not warned about this when calling, and also it was not indicated anywhere when booking on the hotel's website. From Jumeirah there is only the name.
