I do not recommend the university as an employer. The rector offered me a position and sent me to be registered. In the frames, they scanned the labor card, gave a referral for a medical examination with an indication of the position. I made a medical certificate in 3 days. I was invited to take cases from the previous head of the department. Instead of transferring the cases to me, the employee arranged an interrogation with demotivation, tried to convince me that this position was not suitable for me. And she said that she has her own candidate for this position. That is, the rector's opinion is not taken into account? Is it decided by some kind of Kristina Sh.? For two weeks, the management asked me to wait, as they were waiting for an answer to some requests in the instance. As a result, they took another specialist without even deigning to call and notify me about it! When I tried to get to a meeting with the rector again, my phone was blocked in the reception area, and the head of personnel stopped picking up the phone. It's just a mockery and no respect for a professional with 20 years of experience. I managed to get to a meeting with the rector. But I didn't get an apology for the irresponsible approach. I was offered another position and re-pass the interviews and get a new medical certificate. I refused. Where are the guarantees that they will not be thrown again? And how to work with such unstable comrades? P.S. Such a guide does not cause any confidence. On the face of unscrupulousness and incompetence, low involvement of the university management and lack of interest in improving the image of the organization and improving the efficiency of digital processes.
