A wonderful deluxe 5* hotel in a convenient location of Jumeirah in Dubai, wonderful service, very tasty food, believe me, I looked at all the nearby five-star hotels in the area. The staff is great, and the Argentinean restaurant is just amazing!!!🔥🔥🔥. Very courteous room service and great attention to children. Great beach and evening parties in nearby hotels.

A stunning hotel, I really liked its huge territory, extensive beach and large swimming pool, excellent breakfasts and dinners. And most importantly, all the numerous staff of the hotel did everything possible to make us satisfied. We have been vacationing in Dubai constantly for 20 years and now we liked this hotel more than the jaded Jumeirah Alqasr and his neighbors. Perhaps only Mandarin can match the service. In short, a great hotel, I recommend it. The only disadvantage is that it is relatively far from the Dubai Mall, but we came to the Yacht Show, so we did not go shopping much.

Great hotel! Large, well-maintained territory, delicious breakfasts and wonderful dinners. Impeccable service. We took a room in the style of an Arab courtyard, it is a whole separate building. Everything is thought out, a lot of small rooms, very beautiful!
If it wasn't for the construction around, it would be perfect.
The beach is clean, long, the entrance to the sea is normal, the shore is not deep at all, women with children were swimming.

Nice hotel in a great location! Everything is very beautiful. Everything is very clean. The food is delicious and diverse: European, Arabic, Indian, seafood, fresh fruits, desserts, cheese plates, children's menu, fresh juices, sodas, coffee, tea, oriental sweets. It is possible to order food in the room. The rooms on the ground floor have access to the lawn in front of the hotel. The lawn is mowed every other day. Lots of pools, spas. There are beach cafes with the possibility to order food and drinks to the chaise longue. The cleaning and room service are excellent. Football training sessions were held for children. And even a match for adults was organized.
Now about the cons. Small black insects appeared in the bathroom, slightly smaller than ants. I had to call the exterminators. The treatment was carried out three times before the insects disappeared. There are no outlets for using a hair dryer in the bathroom. I had to dry my hair in the room. And even the sockets in the room were on the opposite wall from the mirror.
But these minor troubles did not spoil the overall impression of staying at this hotel.

Lovely Deluxe hotel, lovely beach, one of the best in the area. The cuisine is very high-quality and delicious, there is an excellent grill restaurant with Argentine steaks. I recommend a good wine from the sommelier of this restaurant. The level of comfort in the suites.

One of the best hotels in Dubai. Convenient location, the building itself is 3-storey, oriented to the bay. Which gives intimacy and disposes to complete relaxation. From the rooms on the first floor you can go directly to the sea. Beautifully built swimming pool system. It is possible to settle down for recreation both in the area with children and in separate boars. Well-trained staff, wonderful cuisine, diverse restaurant system, perfect cleanliness. Who cares about the atmosphere of the hotel, will appreciate the work of designers. The interiors are magnificent.

Objectively, this is one of the best hotels I've been to. And I've traveled half the world. Beautiful interiors, rooms, the smell in the hotel - everything speaks of its high class. Excellent cuisine. There is something to please both meat eaters and vegans. Several restaurants on site. Separate zones for adults who arrived without children. There is a children's club for children, where they really study with children. Even our 9-year-old "awl on soap" went there with pleasure, despite his love of gadgets. The hotel has a cooled swimming pool, which saves a lot from the heat. Umbrellas on the beach are at a respectful distance from each other and you can't hear the neighbors' conversations. Drinks are being served on the beach. You can order fresh coconuts. There is a button to call the waiter. A peddler walks along the beach and around the pool with oils and sun creams and offers to use them for free. Spread canapes of watermelon, melon and pineapple. There is a huge minibar in the room. You can order any number of cleaning per day in your room.
Of the minuses, which I would call a nuance. The hotel is located in a bay at the foot of the legendary artificially filled palm tree, with a large number of yachts. Due to the low flow of water, the water in the summer season is just hot, but clean, although the presence of a large number of yachts in the bay is confusing. Around the hotel there is a stone jungle of modern skyscrapers. You don't see the horizon. But these disadvantages are crossed out by excellent service and a beautiful garden on the territory. The sand on the beach is white, imported from the Maldives. There are simply no bad rooms in the hotel.

A wonderful Moroccan SPA! The staff is all courteous and caring, even with poor English you will be comfortable here! I took the hamam + massage complex - excellent! The cost came out about 1000 AED.
There are special time intervals, only for women, if it's important to you!
It's very cozy inside, everything is done, there is a subtle smell of incense in the room!
Between treatments, they offer to lie down and relax in a special room, where they will be treated to Moroccan tea or fresh juice.
After the procedure, for a small price, you can stay at the hotel, have lunch at the restaurant, drink a cocktail or wine, swim in the pool or relax on the shore of the bay, because the hotel is located on the 1st line and from the pool to the beach 2 minutes at a slow pace. I recommend it!

I am writing while in this outdated hotel, not understanding where so many positive reviews come from.
restaurants are not delicious. Food is not brought to the sun beds, which is strange, only drinks and waiters have to wait decently enough
The second point:Already all the top hotels have switched to communicating with customers via WhatsApp in order to book restaurants and solve issues (it's even elementary to order bugs in advance to move between buildings!) But everyone has to wait, which is not acceptable for a 5* hotel for that kind of money
The cards from the rooms are demagnetized and it is faster to go to the reception yourself than to wait for the help of the staff
In general, the hotel is not worth the money, those who are thinking about taking it or not, pay better attention to other hotels, I am personally upset that I came here

Three types of accommodation: Arab courtyard, Residences and Villas. High level of service. Breakfast is included and fruit with drinking water. If the sign is not hung on the doors, they can clean up three times a day, put things in order and update toilet supplies and fruits. All buildings overlook the bay. Excellent beaches with the provision of large towels and refrigerators with water on sun beds and under umbrellas. The entire adjacent coast is closed to unauthorized access. There are cafes and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is so varied, refined and rich that 11 days were not enough for us to taste everything offered! At any time, you can order food and drink delivery to the room, if you are not satisfied with what the refrigerator is stuffed with.

Unfortunately, there is a very small beach, bounded on one side by a Palm tree, on the other by a yacht club, and on the contrary by a construction site. However, such a problem with a natural beach, in my opinion, is everywhere in Dubai now. But the pools are beautiful.

I want to write a whole essay about this hotel. In my subjective opinion, this is the best hotel in the city. Despite the fact that the hotel was built more than 20 years ago, it is in excellent condition to this day!
it is possible that this is a considerable merit of the general manager of the hotel, who has not changed since the construction of the hotel to this day - you can feel the hand of an excellent manager who loves his job.
In my opinion, the most important advantage of this hotel is its truly huge territory: the length of the plot of land on which this hotel "stretches" along the Persian Gulf is about 1 kilometer!!!
the entire territory is buried in greenery and is not just planted, but carefully cleaned, trimmed and treated from mosquitoes, flies and other insects.
A chic private beach (also 1 km long) provides an excellent opportunity to lie far enough away from other guests.
and if you are lucky and you are staying in the Residence and Spa building, then you will enjoy almost secluded accommodation, since the neighboring sunbeds will be at least 10 meters away!!
I do not know of any other hotel in Dubai where it would be so comfortable to stay on the beach.

We were here 4 years ago. They came back and gasped! The food is disgusting. The large swimming pool turned out to be under restoration, there is no official info anywhere! so - either sit in the boiled sea (end of May), or in the pool with children (with a slide), the third pool is only for spa buildings! Absurd - not otherwise. Officially, you operate the entire territory of the hotel - there are no restrictions on the hotel cards! There are no restrictions! As a result, choosing a hotel with a large territory, which influenced the return to this hotel, you remain without a pool. There is another option - drift for paid sunbeds on this territory from 300 bucks for two! - where the music is constantly hammering and there is no relaxation! Plus - they built a peninsula right opposite, now the sea is constantly dirty and the accompanying yacht parties in the style of a popuri. Besides the service, there is nothing human left! A complete disappointment. The fitness center is worse than in Jamaica. Breakfast is also very modest. In general, who chooses this hotel chain, do not see each other by name. Everything is very sparse and strained here.

I don't understand the good comments about the hotel. Paying 1.5 ml per week, we get: they stole an expensive branded bag on the first day (after cleaning), when they made a fuss, they quickly put it back.
They took breakfast and dinner, but even water was paid for dinner, 4 thousand rubles were given for 4 juices.
There is little food about the word at all, for such a hotel, most likely to eat in paid restaurants, fruit on one plate (really)there is no choice at all. There are 2 restaurants open at lunch and the choice of food even for money is not great.
For dinner, if you pay to eat, you always need to book.
Children's room (this is the first time I see it)from the age of 4, if your child is 3 years old, he can't even stay with his parent, and the child has nothing to do all the rest.
Those who do not speak English will have a hard time at the hotel.
There is no toothbrush and paste.
The mattress is not very comfortable.
