A good place to live in an Arab area, a house with security and Parking, shops, a private yard! There is a delicious shawarma and fresh lamb at the depot stop in the direction of Esenyurt! The area is for living , not for tourists

There is no problem other than the concrete plant on the side, there is a lot of dust due to the power plant. We can't open the windows. And the management has washed the windows once so far. It is impossible to see out of the dust. Also, the fees are very high🤣
