We stayed in this apartment at the end of August and were very satisfied. The apartments are very cool, and the view of Dubai Marina just won my heart! Although the windows faced the mosque, but with my light sleep, the sounds from the mosque did not bother me at all. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to JBR beach, it was not a problem for us, as we like to walk. It was very helpful that there was a washing machine in the room, as things had to be washed every day due to the high humidity. Everything you need is basically within walking distance, there is a metro station nearby, which provides easy access to all the attractions of Dubai. From minor inconveniences: you need to go to another building for breakfast, since the restaurant is located there. The breakfasts themselves are delicious, but very monotonous. We always arrived almost at the end, and there was plenty to choose from, and you could also ask the cook to make an icing or an omelet. I was very pleased that there is a stove in the room. We cooked lunch on it once, and the rest of the time we ate in a cafe. Tip: it is better to buy ready-made food in the supermarket and eat it on the food court, so it will not be too spicy and you can choose the appropriate serving size.

The apartment is located 800 m from JBR Beach. Walk at a regular pace for exactly 10 minutes. The rooms are a bit old, but... everything is clean, cleaning is done every day. If they see something dirty from the bedding or towels, they change it. Full replacement once a week. The service is generally excellent. Everyone is friendly, always ready to help, regardless of reception, security or room cleaning. We have a King bed website. The three of us sleep with the child. Just fine. And the view from the balcony 👍 (photo attached). The pool is small, nothing special, we went to Dubai by the sea, and swam in the pool maybe a couple of times. Also clean. We didn't take food, we ordered products from carefour. Nearby there is a cafe with good quality food Chill and grill. There is a grocery store on the ground floor, if necessary, everything you need is there. Upon arrival, there was an old refrigerator and a washing machine. The machine hummed violently when washing, and the refrigerator did not work well, the freezer did not freeze. As soon as they said, they immediately brought everything new, with stickers from the store. In general, I recommend the hotel!

The location of the hotel is excellent. Provided that you are not traveling at the peak of the heat, but this summer. If it's October or May, then great, the metro is nearby, the sea across the bridge is also nearby. Shops are within walking distance. The rooms are small and tired. But at the same time there is a kitchen, which is undoubtedly a plus. There are also no cotton swabs, discs, caps, babies and toothpaste. Soap accessories include gels (it looks like they come from the same barrel) , for hands, for body and head..... minus the hair dryer... it's actually the first time I've seen such a terrible hair dryer in Dubai....it is almost impossible for them to dry their hair, even of medium length. A separate masterpiece is the mattress. Very convenient, just like on a cloud!!)) The pillows are very comfortable, but there is a problem.... They give off an unpleasant smell when you lie down on them…… There are no questions about cleaning. They clean every day, towels are changed every day (and they are clean without stains), bathrobes are changed every other day, the floor is washed. So everything is fine here. And the staff responds to requests instantly and helps to solve the problem! There's a pool on the roof, but it's more of a parody. You can't count on him. There is a small gym. Wi-Fi pulls perfectly!! The beach is normal, but there are a lot of people. There is garbage too, it's not like it used to be, unfortunately, and you need to get used to it. Food is quite a quest. … First, you need to go to the canal to a cafe. Secondly, the problem with the availability of food... for the first time I encountered in Dubai with its absence))), but the hotel opposes itself as a 4-star hotel. Well, honestly, we would have known in advance that such a disaster would not have taken breakfast. Just even relaxing in a 3-star hotel, the breakfasts were excellent compared to this hotel. So, I don't recommend breakfast for sure. We didn't take any dinners, I can't say anything. To summarize.... If the hotel is considered as we only spend the night, then great. If comfort is important to you, then add money and take it to the coast, where the rooms are bigger and the breakfasts are excellent and the pool and the location are cooler. The Marina area is the most popular and for the first visit to Dubai it turned out to be impressive. Near the Mall, Carrefours, 2 supermarkets, pharmacy, DMCC metro station and JBR beach. 2. Availability of a kitchen. Our budget didn't include dining in restaurants, so we ate on footcourts + cooked at home. 3. The service is at a high level. Cleaning without problems, water. Everything was working. We couldn't turn on the washing machine, an employee quickly came and showed us how to turn it on. The pool is small, but the water is clean, there is a sauna, a hammam. Towels are provided. The extra bed is full-fledged, not a cot! 4. The breakfast buffet is generally uncomplicated. Of course, our cunning compatriots constantly tried to take out a dozen or two croissants, which caused their eternal shortage. But it was enough if you arrived an hour before closing time. We had a rest in March 2025, liked the location of the hotel, 15 minutes walk to the beach. There is a beautiful promenade nearby, if you are lucky, the view from the window will be just on the Dubai Marina embankment. We were unlucky, there was a view of some kind of construction site and there was no balcony, there was simply nowhere to dry things. But these are all small things. The room itself is very spacious, everything is there, cleaning is done every day, bed linen and towels are changed every day, too, thanks a lot to Rabi. The choice of food at breakfasts and dinners is meager, but everything is delicious. Overall, we liked the hotel, and we'll come back for our next vacation.

There is a small gym, but there are only dumbbells and cardio equipment from the inventory. The deluxe room itself is quite spacious with a kitchenette, kettle, microwave and a minimal set of dishes. There is a refrigerator and a washing machine. Detergents are not provided. We washed with shampoo. And housekeeping washed the dishes for us. There is no dryer, I had to ask for a drying rack at the reception. They brought it quickly without a couple of crossbars, but it was enough for us. The hair dryer was not working. Please note that there are other outlets in Dubai. Purchase an adapter in advance. Shops within walking distance are open 24 hours. To purchase souvenirs, I recommend Day to Day. All the advantages are described in earlier reviews, I will write what we did not like.: - Accommodation is offered in rooms with only one double bed, there are no two-bed options. If you are with a friend, mom, child, or you just need two beds, this hotel will not be able to help you. - the breakfasts are modest but standard, but the dinners are very meager, one evening the hot dishes were rice with chicken on the bone, pasta, fish and pumpkin. That's it. all the dishes were very spicy, even the pasta. - and the most important disadvantage, which I did not find mentioned in the reviews! In all rooms (and most rooms without a balcony and windows do not open) there is a very unpleasant smell, some kind of sourness, as if washing and cleaning with a very old kitchen rag, the smell increases just in the kitchen area, from the countertop. We prayed for several days to move to a room with a balcony, and only one girl helped us, looked at the next release of a room with a balcony, and life improved instantly! And even waking up at 5 a.m. from the call to prayer didn't bother us! There was a smell in the room with the balcony, too, but we left the balcony open for the whole day, it saved.
