I still have an established negative from the Zepter. Using my passport data, address and signature, they allegedly signed a contract with me to buy a vacuum cleaner. And all this was done by A.I. Polozova in Mogilev. They apologized, but the sediment remained. I will never recommend this company to friends and acquaintances.
