Terrible service. Not competent employees. They don't know their job at all. A simple operation takes at least 20 minutes.The impression was disgusting.

They charge a commission for everything, you're afraid to sneeze, otherwise instead of "Be healthy" you risk hearing "pay at the checkout!". The ATM that gave out 50 rubles in 5 pieces at the entrance, asked the cashier to exchange one bill, said "we have a commission, will you change it?!".
