This place is kept by a very nice and creative family. I told him that I didn't speak Russian, and the owner, with great patience, called his son to explain the menu to me in English. I can't say that I really liked it. Meat in pilaf with veins and Uzbek pilaf, of course, does not look like it at all. The cuisine is Azerbaijani. I liked the borscht and the tea too. The cost is at the level of other cafes. The interior is decent. The dishes were served quickly and hot enough. It's a pity there's no draft beer, I didn't want a can.
