First of all, there's fast food. This means that they must cook quickly and pack well. I ordered 2 shawarma - it was cooked in 20 minutes. And they're on cardboard! They're also long and narrow, like a wooden stick. When presented, they gave it as if it were a pie, half tied in a bag... At first I thought it was a bouquet of flowers... I brought this simple dish home on a thermowell... Result:
