The girls at the checkout have very long shifts or they come on as replacements, I often see the same faces both in the morning and late at night. The girls are tired in the evening, although it is clear that they are trying their best to do their job - this is not OK, let's give people a break, they are not robots

As a bakery, it's beyond praise. Excellent croissants (especially almond ones), quiches. Cakes are a waste of time. Pancakes and breakfasts are great too. But when it comes to accepting an order, making coffee, you will have to be patient. Receiving and issuing orders, especially during rush hour, is a complete mess. There's a lot of staff behind the counter, but it doesn't do any good. Order acceptance and delivery in one place. People have to pick up the trays, breaking through people making an order, waiting for an order, and waiting to place an order. And it hasn't changed in years. Maybe that's what it was meant to be, though.
