a room smells horrible, you can’t open windows, i’ve had to ask a hot water to get it location isn’t too good as well breakfast is fine though

It's not 4 star. Beautiful photos when book. But in real bad area. Personal wanted to change my money for her couse to take benefit. This is not so clean hotel. Good, what free transfer to a plage. About price I think it's not expansive for Dubai, but Mercury is European hotels, it must be good quality as in Paris Mercury : very clean, good areas, good personal, everyday change bed as accept for 4* hotels.
