Terrible company, ugly tours are organized!!!! If you really want to visit the sights near Almaty, never contact GO a nami!!! We ordered a tour a week in advance, made an advance payment. On the day of the tour, which was at 6 a.m., when we arrived at the gathering place, which the organizer informed us, we received an SMS that the date was confused and the tour was offered the next day, although the day before the tour I contacted the organizer and everything was confirmed. But because we are leaving the next day and we visited the proposed tour instead of the booked one earlier (not with this company ) we refused and asked to resolve the issue. They did not answer the phone, only correspondence. I don 't advise anyone!!!! the day was ruined in the morning, we stayed sitting on the bench and the car left with the TOUR. That's such a wonderful company to GO with us!!!

So we booked a tour at this Travel Agency on 06/23/2023, everything was confirmed to my wife, the prepayment was made, the collection time was scheduled for 6:00 and on the day of dispatch at 6:02, my wife receives an SMS that we will not get on this tour, another tour with 5 locations is offered, or the next day with a discount (for the next day we have a flight). Because my wife wanted to get to Kaindy Lake for a very long time, we asked to resolve the issue and still send us according to a confirmed application. To which the girl, apparently the manager on the phone said that she had more than 100 people with applications and she simply could not solve this problem and send us, admitting her lack of competence in making tours. Result: 1. The money was returned. 2. Money was wasted on a taxi. 3. An ineffective early rise. 4. The pregnant wife never visited the desired location. The assessment is quite fair. P.S. I hope this review will not be deleted, because future clients of this agency should know that tours there are like Russian roulette, either you will go or you will not go because of the lack of competence of managers.

17.05 went on a tour to Kyrgyzstan. The impressions are the worst. The organization is terrible. 6 people were being held!!!!! Hours under the scorching sun, do you even understand what it is?!?! The guide was not prepared at all, instead of paying attention to the condition of the group, she listened to the opinion of 3 girls, her friends! As a result, the rest of the group had to wait for them. Nobody! He did not warn us that queues at locations are 1.5-3 hours either before buying or before starting the trip. Disgusting attitude towards customers. Even after 6, I repeat, hours of waiting for the zipline, we did not ride it. And they didn't even refund our money!!!! That is, we stood in the heat for 6 hours and also paid for it. In addition, while the sapboards were waiting, we were offered to sit on a dirty mat on the floor, also with bugs. We entered the saps through mud. I want minimal comfort conditions! I understand that it is the season and there is a large flow of tourists, but as a travel company you must take care of the comfort of your customers. We set aside time for such tours, which then turns out to be ruined. This review will most likely be deleted, but I want to warn future tourists - if you want to have a good rest, do not choose this company.
