A great Hotel has a swimming pool, gym, board games and all sorts for children, you can take a bike ride for free, The rooms are clean, always cleaned + Water tea coffee is brought every day for free! Very attentive and friendly staff, provided cards (an analogue of the Moscow troika) for traveling by metro, it is also for traveling by bus on a sea tram, and even you can use it to pay for food in a hypermarket!!! There is a transfer to the beach and back, the last bus goes from the inn Batuta station at 21:00 very convenient Thanks a lot to the staff, especially Russian speakers, they always help everyone in everything! In general, I liked everything very cool!!!

Excellent hotel, there is a free shuttle to the metro. The only disadvantage is that the shuttles go back to the hotel around 9 pm (sometimes you have to wait until the next one arrives) and if you are late, you will have to take a taxi, which is about 1.5k rubles. You can't walk, there is a mall nearby, but there is nothing else from the word at all. It takes 30 minutes to get to the metro by shuttle.
It didn't bother us much, so we liked everything. The hotel itself is very pleasant.

Wonderful staff, always ready to help, friendly and responsive. There are Russian-speaking staff, English-speakers also help in everything. I really liked it, they didn't even want to leave with their daughter. The rooms are small, but very cozy, a large bed, you sleep like on a cloud. We want to come back again
