A wonderful hotel! The pool is gorgeous, both outdoor and indoor! A great gym with free weights, as well as cardio and strength training equipment! There is a sauna! The pools are very clean, there are plenty of sun loungers, and I would like to diversify the on-site restaurant with dishes, but overall everything is fine! The room was very cozy and clean, everything for a great stay!

Opening hours are from 09:00!!! We arrived especially on a weekday relatively early, by 10:10, we were at the pool at 10:25. The sun beds through one were wiped clean, the rest were dirty, including the tables, had to be wiped with napkins themselves, although the staff passed by and did not show the slightest attention! After entering the pool, I was asked to leave, as it had not yet been cleaned, attention!, the time was 10:30, and the pool was open from 09:00.. as a result, we finished cleaning at 11:00 and what can I say - as if there was no cleaning, muddy water, hair, leaves / beetles and the infernal smell of bleach with mold! And this is for the morning opening, gentlemen. 🤢 Next, we decided to order drinks by the pool, the school boys spent a long time clarifying about milk (lactose-free or alternative - coconut), they did not know what it was, in the end, after 7-10 minutes, they said that they did not have such. Ok. We ordered a “snickers" milkshake 3000 ֏ and instead of a latte with alternative milk, we ordered a fresh orange 2000 ֏ • The milkshake was not bad, but there was clearly not a chocolate cocktail of the same name, but a cheap version of it, since there were leftover pieces of chocolate and it was for 3t • Fresh orange juice - 1k1 diluted with water, that's all 😁 It was the last time we were here, although we visited a lot last summer.

We arrived early, at about 9.30, there were few people and it was great, I had a good swim, almost in an empty pool. But then, somewhere after 11, people started coming, and by 12 o'clock there were already too many people and it was problematic to swim from side to side, because I had to dodge people along the way. Maybe it's because there was a Vardavar holiday on that day, I don't know. By the way, the music by the pool was not very loud, as some wrote in the reviews, but on the contrary, pleasant. There are many children's slides on the territory, there is a trampoline and even separate children's pools, which is convenient. Overall, I really liked the pool)

They are overflowing. Crowds of children, parents, grandparents — all mixed up in small “puddles”. It is impossible to relax. There are not enough sun beds for everyone. — The staff. The biggest disadvantage. They are served by teenagers aged 15-18, with no experience or understanding of the service. You wait for the order for 30+ minutes, then it turns out that the dishes are not available. The service is warm, the beer is too. Everything is ill-conceived and disorganized. — Prices. Overpriced. In Moscow, for this money, you can eat at a high level. Here you can just have a snack and stay dissatisfied. — Housing. Our cottage is dirty, dusty, with broken furniture. The air conditioner is dirty and does not cool. The door handles remain in your hands. The shower is a mess, and the toilet window won't close. The backyard resembles a construction site. What you liked: Cheerful atmosphere, DJ pool. If you come without children, just lie down for a couple of hours, drink a cocktail — the impressions will be good. The territory itself and its facilities are excellent! We need to send all management for training))

A very cool place to stay in the summer in the hottest weather in Yerevan. The pool saves)) The hotel is located on the outskirts of Yerevan, a 15-minute drive to the center of the city. A private car can be parked on site. The rooms in the apartments are clean and spacious From criticism. In fact, the place is 3.5 . There is a mixed opinion. Positive: beautiful, clean, not too expensive relative to Yerevan, heated children's pools, children's water slides, foam party. Cons: a cold pool for adults, the water was icy despite the air temperature of +37 and did not warm up by the evening either, I DID NOT LIKE the service - some of the drinks and dishes from the menu were missing, we waited a very long time for the order, very small, as a result, the drinks did not wait until they came to the bar themselves - we just forgot, yes, there are a lot of people, but then you need to increase the staff, in general, they can not cope. To be noticed, you need to have a 4 breast size skill, if not, then I'm sorry. The music is so-so, it's too loud in the cafe area and it's impossible to sit. They refused us, sent us somewhere around the corner, waving their hand, look over there, they say... the water in the pool is warm and clean. There are a lot of people on Saturday. The food in the cafe is good, but the coffee I asked for first came last. The coffee tasted very bad, as if it had been poured with water used to wash the turk and warmed up. The pizza is good. The tables are cleaned slowly after the previous guests, although there were few visitors. The cafe staff was chatting leisurely, and the tables were unmade. When we sat down at the table, we also had to wait for one of the waiters, looking in our direction, to come up and clear the table and bring the menu. We were able to find a place to relax in the "children's zone", but we did it ourselves out of desperation, although we repeatedly asked the staff for help.

We are flying from vacation from there and really wanted to leave a review, it may be useful to someone.Everything was just wonderful!!!Very beautiful territory near the hotel, all in roses, well-groomed, clean, enjoy a walk!!!The pool is just super, the water is always clean, the sunbeds are soft all around!An indoor swimming pool and a sauna are available👍We had a rest with my husband in the cottage, cozy, there is everything you need.The silence is all around, you can't hear the neighbors, the birds are singing.The city center is not far away, there are no problems with taxis, cars are launched directly to the cottages.Well, special thanks to the staff for the warm welcome and quick response to all requests. If it were not for such a long road with long flights, we would travel here all the time.

This is a fabulous place!!!!!! We had a rest in mid-October, but the summer continued in the Cross Resort! Stunning territory, swimming pools, playgrounds, sports complex, barbecue areas! But the most important thing is the attitude to the guests!!!! We were greeted like family! We arrived in the evening, a taxi immediately drove up to the cottage and we were settled, without even forcing us to go to the reception to be registered. Conda was occupied by the barbecue area, they brought us a barbecue directly to the backyard of the cottage and specially led the light there! We had a late check-out and were allowed to stay until the evening without taking a penny!!! And then in general history: our flight was canceled, we call the hotel late at night, they tell us: of course, come back, get some sleep, and then we'll figure it out) we'll do everything to keep this number for you! I've heard about Armenian hospitality, but I thought:exaggerate))) and here it is not! These are really amazing people and a wonderful hotel where you feel at home!!!! I recommend it to everyone!!!!!!! And another bonus-a stunning view of Mount Ararat!!!

But the worst thing is that for 2500r (10000dr) you get a pool with cold water. At 12:00 we arrived, on 32gr street, the water is no more than 18 degrees. The lack of heating is a huge minus!!!! The staff says that the water under the shower has not had time to be found yet. It's just ridiculous. There are not enough exercise machines in the gym, there is little space, there is no ventilation and normal lighting. The locker room is average, there aren't enough benches, the showers are terrible, half of the showers don't have handles. The pool is normal, the sauna is for three, there is little space during rush hour. I recommend that business owners think about major repairs, rather than fleecing money for terrible service.

Excellent cottages with all amenities, snow-white pastel accessories, a private kitchen with dishes, a cafe. You can cook by yourself or order in a cafe. A gorgeous pool, the water is fresh all the time. A very beautiful place! Polite, caring staff, special thanks to Karen, the general manager, all issues are resolved quickly. We've been there twice, I want to come back again. I recommend it, especially for family holidays. There are three separate small pools for children. It's just impossible to list everything. If you come, you will want to return, and you will forget about Turkey.
