I've eaten in this one as well as the one in Mega Silkway. The food is good, no question, but the one thing which I found annoying was how long I had to wait on my food. When eating with other people the individual orders would come at various times and everyone is eating separately. By the time I got my pizza everyone else was done and I had to take it away. Again, the food is excellent, and if it is cold out then definitely get the Solyanka, but just don't expect things quickly.

We visited the cafe today and were very satisfied! The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is polite and attentive. The dishes were served quickly, everything was delicious and beautifully decorated. I especially liked the dessert — a real masterpiece! We will definitely come back again.

They cook very well. The menu doesn't always have everything. We also came in the evening with snacks for vodka and some hot dishes. They asked for QazaqEli vodka, and brought another one. Vodka, as an alcoholic drink, is not stored in the freezer. They brought it almost at room temperature. There was a difficulty in finding an outlet. Well, there are no Power banks available, neither their own, nor paid ones like Jet or Berizaryad. I left four stars only because of the homely atmosphere, the cozy interior and the high quality of the kitchen.

We still couldn't appreciate the kitchen, as we just spent half an hour waiting for some attention. At first, we waited 10 minutes for the manager, who would tell us a table where we could sit down. The manager didn't come over. We found a table ourselves, went to the bar and asked for a menu.. and they never got it. For another 15 minutes we tried to attract the attention of the waiters, who pretended that we did not exist. In the end, we managed to get the menu in 20 minutes, but no one accepted the order, they just left after half an hour. The tables are dirty for 15 minutes, they are not cleaned, even when people have already sat down. Half of the hall was empty, meaning the workload wasn't full, and the place was disappointing.

We're waiting for another 10 minutes. There is still no menu. I caught another waiter. She rolled her eyes, but brought the menu. As many as 3 menus for 2 people (apparently, so that there would be no questions to them). 3. The menu has been studied, we are ready to place an order. Again, an attempt to catch the elusive waiters was unsuccessful. And then we realized that it didn't make sense. It was decided to leave this unpleasant establishment and find another one (I will say in advance that we were seated at a table in 1 minute at the new establishment, the menu was brought and the order was accepted). The moral of the fable is this: we do not go to this institution and do not recommend it.
