This hotel needs completely renovation of the rooms. Pools and pool restaurants and bars are fantastic. Pizza restaurant bassola lost its charm as it is no more Italian in pizzas. In shower rooms they shld have antiskid tiles. Water tapes leaking in wash basin.

We were vacationing with my wife, daughter ( 3 years old) and mother-in-law. We took everything included. The hotel can be seen that after a good renovation. Everything is fine with the food here, the buffet is great, the choice is really big. At dinner In Alaskan restaurants (there are about 10 of them), the food is ordinary, delicious, without frills, except for Italian, the pizza is excellent. The Chinese rest is also on top. According to AI, drinks in any restaurants include juices, soda, wine (France, Italy) beer, 5-6 cocktails, vodka, whiskey, gin, tequila, rum. I had to buy cognac))
They cleaned well, 2 or 3 times, I don't even know, the towels are always fresh, the room was always clean. Things are worse with the sea, the bay is small, the yachts are close, I will attach a photo. But at the same time, the water is clean, not muddy, it's the best for children. There were no problems with the sun beds, as they wrote in the reviews, there are a lot of sun beds. In general, there is a lot of entertainment for children, the children's club is excellent, the water park is quite good, for children under 10 years old it will go with a bang. There are also 16+ zones, and a couple of 12+ restaurants. The territory of the hotel complex is large, green, the complex includes 3 hotels westin, la meridien, W. W. class above. About the noise, yes Fri-sat disco is loud, I had to close the windows. In general, we were satisfied with the rest, objectively the hotel is good.

I really liked the hotel. Great for family holidays. The rooms are spacious and have a good view. I liked the service, there were no problems. Because there are 3 hotels in the complex, that is, where to walk. There is a bar in the nearby hotel where you can go at night. I really liked that the sea is represented by a bay. At first it seemed like a minus, but then I appreciated the plus when you relax with a small child. There are no waves at all. There are no comments on the kitchen. It's not very diverse, but everything is delicious.

We stayed at this BEAUTIFUL hotel from November 25 to December 2, 2023, all inclusive. We were with my daughter for 2.5 years and my grandmother . The hotel is family-run , green , very beautiful !!! The interior is simply beautiful - both the rooms and the public areas. The food is good , there is always something healthy and tasty to eat for a small child . There are steamed vegetables, chicken and turkey, sea bass. A good selection of fruits are watermelons, melons, passion fruit. The beach is very good for kids, it's shallow everywhere. We really liked the hotel, and any adequate guest will like it! We have been to many places and belong to the category of "overindulged"

Nice renovated hotel. Clean rooms, Large bathrooms. The area is very green. Lots of birds and parrots). The beach is clean, there is a place to walk. The breakfasts are good, the dinners are simpler. They can't cook omelets. Well, they don't know how and that's it)) The Italian restaurant is good, but the Spanish and Asian are sad. A luxury hotel! We rested in it a few years ago, we liked everything (except the fierce heat :)). Beautiful and spacious rooms, wonderful bathrooms, cozy balconies, the design of the hotel is beyond praise, delicious breakfasts! The beach is great, but I personally do not like the sea in the UAE: oil stains and too salty water, from which the eyes (in case of contact) beg for mercy))

An amazing hotel, excellent service, a lot of pools, an ideal hotel for families with children, there is a swimming pool with paths (we spent the morning and evening only there)), there is a mini water park.
The restaurants are great, everything is very tasty. I would especially like to mention the Greek restaurant, the atmosphere, the food, everything is great.

We had a rest in November 2022 with two children aged 9 and 4.We liked everything very much. The location, food, cleanliness in the room are all excellent! Lots of pools. The children liked the water park very much. A small but cozy beach. A small oasis among the skyscrapers. It's very beautiful inside!! The room is chic with 2 double beds. The bathroom is spacious with a bathtub and a shower stall.
The hotel has a large, well-groomed territory. The water park is interesting not only for kids. There are many restaurants on the territory. We went to Italian. Like it. Expensive, but delicious.
The only problem is long queues for taxis. But that's not the hotel's problem. It's the same everywhere in Dubai. By the way, there is a monorail and metro station nearby. It is easy to walk. But the cost of a monorail for four is like a taxi.
I highly recommend this hotel!

This is a great hotel!
The rooms are very spacious with high ceilings. We were accommodated on the 1st floor, so that we could directly access the street from the balcony. The territory is very large, several pools, water slides, a lot of sun beds. The view on the beach overlooks the construction site, but in general it is a standard view for Dubai) So the hotel is cool, I recommend it especially for a relaxing holiday. We took an additional dinner and breakfast, too, did not disappoint. There is a large selection and the prices are adequate. Nice hotel!

We decided to go on New Year's Eve with a 1.5-year-old child to relax, celebrate holidays abroad. We stopped at this very hotel, took a full boarding house. An important selection criterion was food for the child and a large area for recreation. We really did not lose money with the territory, there is a lot of entertainment, a water park, a clean beach, but with food and attitude to hotel guests it is a complete minus. The guests of the hotel, even despite the cost of living, were in second place. As it turned out, we could not eat in the main restaurant, since there were constantly events "not for hotel guests", they offered either to go to an Italian pizza restaurant or feed the child seafood))) The New Year also took place separately from everything and in time, and "non-hotel guests" had fun until 6 a.m. under our balcony, for which, by the way, we also paid with a sea view) The hotel administration apologized, of course, for the situation, but unfortunately on the penultimate day, when the rest came to The end!!! The second time I didn't come here b)

- there were problems at check-in , we waited until 16.10 despite the fact that at 15:00 check-in , we confused the rooms with strangers, made our deposit to them , sent our luggage , etc. I had to swear !!!

The service staff is very attentive to the requests of guests, especially I would like to mention Makar and Vera (reception), who helped to solve promptly and carefully emerging issues and misunderstandings. The hotel has a great location: a view of the Ferris wheel, palm tree, Sail and Dubai Marina. There is a tram stop nearby, which facilitates the accessibility of trips to attractions and exploring the country inside. Fresh juices are offered for breakfast.

The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is the location next door to the city disco, where loud music thunders from morning to late evening. On weekends, music blares until 2 am. At the same time, double-glazed windows facing the bay cannot completely drown out the music. The second disadvantage is poor service in the main restaurant during breakfast, lunch or dinner. Tables are not cleaned, it is impossible to wait for coffee, it is a complete confusion, confusion and staggering.

Cool hotel! Jumeirah Beach, walk Dubai marina, the eye of Dubai are all nearby. There is no taxi, because there is a tram stop opposite the hotel. It is very convenient to get to all points of interest (Dubai Mall, Metro, Marina Mall, Jumeirah Beach, Palm Jumeirah). Room cleaning is excellent. The restaurants have an excellent selection of dishes. There is a children's play area, a water park. The staff is responsive and friendly. We are staying at this hotel for the second time, everything is fine, except:
1. Such a situation is possible: you come to dinner (we have it included) - but there are no places (like Ramadan, and people who do not live in the hotel come to iftar (to have fun after a day of abstinence from food).
This is extremely strange.
Or there's dinner for an additional fee, and no one cares that you have half board paid for. Perhaps there is a table in another restaurant on site, or perhaps not.
2. Only 1 bottle of beach water is included.
The second one (and these are reusable metal bottles, it is unclear exactly what kind of water is there) will cost 35 dirhams per 0.75 bottle, and the waiters will simply bring the bill later without warning in advance.
We will not go to this hotel anymore.

For me, the Westin network has always been positioned with the slogan PRICE-QUALITY! A chic hotel for reasonable money, there is a separate area on the beach for adults (without children), chic rooms, excellent breakfasts! An amazing steakhouse and a very pleasant location of the hotel!
I have stayed more than 10 times in this hotel!
In one of the extreme arrivals, an upgrade to a suite was made! Which was very nice!
I recommend Westin Dubai!

Great hotel. Only positive aspects in all directions. The attention of the staff is 5+, the hotel is in good condition, our room was also 5+ after cosmetic repairs, we rested on January 23. The food is excellent and varied. The beach is big and clean, considering that it is located at the foot of the palm tree, no big waves have been seen. Regarding the deposit for the service during the stay, there are no strict requirements for making a deposit, although they write everywhere that they must take it. If you still choose, then I definitely recommend it.
