Visiting this entertainment center left an extremely unpleasant impression. The territory and play areas are in a neglected state: garbage, paper cups and spilled water near the cooler are everywhere, which no one cleans up. The staff does not show any attention to what is happening — everyone is busy with their own business and does not perform direct duties. The kid's area is not controlled: teenagers and even adults are running and playing there, which is unsafe. Older people are allowed on trampolines, although the rules explicitly prohibit this. The staff does not respond to the comments in any way. The prices are unreasonably high, while there is no control and order inside. Before buying a ticket, you get the impression of caring for the customer, but after entering you are left alone with chaos and indifference. Complaints and requests are ignored. In the end, it was a disappointment. The Center needs serious organization and control.

This is a place with a large selection of attractions for children and teenagers, where you can have a good time. However, there are serious drawbacks. Despite the large number of children, observers hardly monitor them, which creates chaos and may be unsafe. In addition, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired – I would like this to be monitored more carefully. If the administration had paid more attention to order and safety, the visit would have been much more pleasant.

And he sold us a red bracelet instead of a green one, and the red one is up to 7 years old!!! As a result, she was not allowed anywhere: neither to the zipline, nor to the viar, nor to the shooting range. Instead of pleasure, it's a complete disappointment. I went to figure it out and say that he made a mistake with the bracelet and I can pay extra for the green bracelet, because the child is all upset!!! And attention!!! He said that it was only possible to re-pay for the entrance and re-buy the bracelet at full cost!!! Where is your customer orientation!!! Especially the administrator's mistake!!! We are terribly upset, both adults and the child, this is not allowed!!!
